Job Overview
AGS is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Event Coordinator to support the execution of marketing events, promotions, and casino partnership initiatives across AGS’ Slots, Tables, and Interactive divisions. Working closely with the Promotions Manager, this role supports a high volume of events that vary in scope and format, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to pivot quickly as priorities change.
The Event Coordinator assists with event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, travel, and on-site execution for casino promotions, product launches, trade shows, and customer activations. Maintaining strong relationships with casino operator partners is a key priority, helping ensure seamless execution and a consistent, professional presence for AGS in market.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute casino promotions, events, trade shows, customer events, and product launches across Slots, Tables, and Interactive divisions.
- Serve as a point of contact for casino marketing teams for assigned events, managing logistics, timelines, and on-site execution.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with casino operator partners through reliable execution and clear communication.
- Coordinate all event logistics including schedules, travel, shipping, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Develop and maintain event-related presentations and decks, including pitch decks, event concept decks, timelines and run-of-show presentations, and post-event recap decks for internal teams and casino partners.

- Source, coordinate, and manage influencers, talent, and content creators for events and promotional activations, including scheduling, travel, and on-site coordination.

- Manage multiple events and activations simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing priorities and in-market needs.

Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- Five (5) years of progressive hotel and casino operations experience as a General Manager and a four-year college degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred OR the equivalent level of training and experience.
- Three (3) years of progressive hotel and casino operations experience required as an Assistant General Manager AND a four-year college degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
- Must be able to qualify for a key employee license from the State of Nevada Gaming Commission and Gaming Control Board.
- Knowledge of hospitality and gaming operations, including but not limited to slots, tables, bingo, keno, poker, hotel, food and beverage, hospitality, facilities repairs and maintenance.

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to define, guide, and protect the artistic vision of the game from early prototype through production and launch.
We work out of an office in Sausalito and the team is almost entirely face-to-face.
Role Overview
The Art Director partners closely with Game Design and Engineering to establish and maintain the visual identity of the game. This role is responsible for defining the artistic direction, guiding production art pipelines, and ensuring visual consistency across all aspects of the game.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone comfortable working in a small studio environment where strategic direction and practical execution often go hand-in-hand.

Perform routine maintenance and repair on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware under supervision and continued on-the-job training. Perform common floor calls without supervision and works towards competency and proficiency.
- Perform immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware.

Job Description
The Food Server, under general supervision, obtains guest food and beverage orders. Responsible areas may include Banquets, 19 Steak & Seafood, Stadium Sports Bar & Grill, Out of Bounds, and any food venue created for the purpose of guest service.
The Food Server:
- Ensures accurate and timely service of all orders by working with kitchen personnel.
- Always exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor. Be polite and courteous when speaking with guests and team members.
- Responsible for learning and being familiar with all of Boyd Gaming, Inc.’s room outlets, server functions, and for being able to answer general questions regarding the property.
- Anticipate the guest’s needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings to answer guest questions and provide suggestions. This includes but not limited to knowledge of food items; preparation methods and wine knowledge.
- Anticipate and provide for guests’ needs throughout entire function; ensure guest satisfaction; respond quickly and efficiently to guest complaints.
- Accurately account for and collect payment for all drink and food orders through POS system in a timely manner.
- Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning desserts and brewing coffee. Performimg Tableside cooking, salad or Entrée presentations, Open and pour wine tableside. Garnish and decorate dishes in preparation for serving.
