Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Supervisor is an ARNP/PA-C with demonstrated leadership skills and clinical excellence and APP within their department. The APP supervisor plans, schedules, coordinates, and supervises a team of APPs. The APP supervisor collaborates with CH leadership in achieving organizational goals and performance outcomes of APPs in their department. Primary responsibilities include leading and managing staff, including APP department role optimization, performance evaluations, recruitment, hiring, and orientation. This position reports directly to the department practice manager/SLD. Collaborates with the department physician manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Approximately 10% of this time is devoted to the team lead administrative duties and 90% to maintaining clinical practice within his/her respective department.

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
