This is an outbound sales position utilizing phone communication, LinkedIn and e-mail correspondence.
Roles:
- Prospecting: Actively reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s offerings and generate interest.
- Lead Generation: Identify and source potential leads through various channels including inbound marketing, outbound prospecting, social media, and networking.
- Qualification of Leads: Assess potential leads to determine their fit for the company's products or services by understanding their needs, budget, and buying cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct research on target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts and improve conversion rates. By fulfilling these roles and responsibilities, an Associate helps to drive the company's growth by ensuring a continuous influx of well-qualified leads for the sales team to close deals effectively.
- Lead Identification: Utilize tools and strategies to identify new leads from various sources including databases, social media, and industry events.
- Initial Outreach: Conduct the initial outreach to potential clients through personalized communication strategies, ensuring a professional and engaging first contact.
- Qualification Process: Use a variety of techniques (e.g., BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to evaluate whether leads are a good fit for the company’s offerings.
- Nurturing Leads: Engage with leads over time to build relationships and guide them through the sales funnel until they are ready to be passed on to the capital markets team.
- Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team to move prospects further along the sales cycle.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, tracking all lead interactions and status updates.
- File Assembly: assemble and submit LFB’s proprietary forms and models for review and approval by senior management.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to refine lead generation strategies.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments set.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in one or more of the following:

Business Intelligence Analyst
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst. Kalahari is building its first dedicated Business Intelligence team. Right now, we have a modern data stack: Snowflake as our warehouse, Braze for marketing, and over 70 data sources flowing in from all five resort properties. With that, we don't have a dedicated analyst to turn that into ongoing insights for the business. This role is the first educated hire.
You and this team will work directly with our C-suite, along with cross-functional leaders across marketing, revenue management, and operations, to build out dashboards, analyses, and reporting that the company runs on! It's a ground-floor opportunity to shape how a billion-dollar resort company uses data.
This team will have high visibility throughout the organization. You will have the support of both Kalahari IT and external partners for data engineering, data science, and business intelligence to support executing these analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions to analyze complex datasets.

This position is responsible for supporting the Window Showroom Sales team by assisting with take-offs, completing pricing and proposals, and ensuring the accuracy of orders and quotes. The Gallery Support Specialist assists our walk-in and call-in customers, maintains the showroom display appearance and ensures all window and door literature and samples are stocked and up to date. Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role:
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
- Required Experience: One year of RN experience
- Preferred Experience: Hospital nursing experience
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position. Grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions, or extensions, may be approved by the facility CNO and reported out to the CNO Council members. Each facility will ensure tracking of exemptions should this information be needed. RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt.
- Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing.
- Required License Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON

Here is some of what you can expect from being a Pre-Admissions Testing Registered Nurse with us:
- You will serve as primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care prior to admission and procedure/surgery.
- You will be responsible for obtaining patient history and current medications, ensuring nursing assessment is completed and standard of care initiated.
- You will obtain and/or coordinate pre-admission diagnostic testing (EKGs, Labs, CXR, etc.), and analyze pertinent data, communicate findings, and documents information accurately.
- You will initiate and document pre-procedure/operative instruction and discharge teaching, involving patient and family/significant other.
- You may work telephonically or in-person with the patient. This is an onsite role.
What qualifications you will need:
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. - Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
- Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
- Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.
