Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable, white-glove service that creates memorable and luxurious client journeys.
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of Scandia Home’s premium bedding, linens, and accessories, authentically sharing our brand story and heritage.
  • Guide clients and design professionals through personalized consultations, curating tailored solutions that align perfectly with their vision, projects, and preferences.
  • Maintain and grow a robust design client book — this is essential for fostering long-term loyalty, enabling proactive follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and sustained revenue growth through repeat and referral business.
  • Proactively cultivate and expand relationships with interior designers, architects, decorators, and other industry professionals to drive collaborative opportunities and project-based sales.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, consistently exceed performance goals, and grow revenue through strategic, client-centered engagement.
  • Collaborate on stunning in-store merchandising, elegant product presentations, and visual storytelling that showcase the refinement and quality of our collections.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations, including processing incoming inventory, preparing outgoing orders, and ensuring precise stock management.
  • Contribute to exclusive in-store events and promotions that elevate the brand experience.


Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a sophisticated, career-oriented professional with:

  • Proven experience working directly with interior designers, architects, and design professionals — this is a top priority skill, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for trade clientele and project-driven business.
  • Demonstrated success in luxury retail sales, preferably in home textiles, furnishings, or related high-end categories.
  • A genuine passion for luxury design with a keen eye for aesthetics, presentation, and detail.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage authentically with affluent clients and industry professionals.
  • A strong history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting while exercising strong independent judgment and initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

What We Offer

BELOW RANGE INCLUDES COMMISSION. BASE + COMMISSION RANGE IS $23-$28+/HOUR.
