We’re Looking For a Digital Media Marketing Senior/Manager whowill own the setup, management, and optimization of our digital media channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the in-house management of our digital media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google, and Amazon ads. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Campaign Management: Own and act as an individual contributor on end-to-end digital media campaign setup, ad management, and management across key platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Amazon, and TikTok. ABOUT YOU

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the EVP of Supply Chain, the Director of Supply Chain Data Science & Analytics serves as a strategic partner across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Sourcing and Procurement.
This role leads the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain analytics, systems, and data strategies that enable informed decision-making across sourcing, procurement, inventory, and service. Acting as a central leader, this position drives visibility, alignment, and performance across the supply chain to achieve service, cost, and working capital objectives.
The Director will also manage a team of analysts, guiding their work, development and contribution to support Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Sourcing and Procurement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply Chain Analytics & Strategy
· Define and lead the supply chain data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Establish scalable data architecture, governance, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and accessibility across systems.

Performance Management & KPIs
· Define and monitor cross-functional KPIs (fill rate, inventory, forecast accuracy, OTIF).

· Partner with Finance to align inventory targets and financial outcomes with business goals.

Systems & Tools Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field required

Experience
· 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, supply planning, procurement, and/or operations

Compensation

Objectives of this Role

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand role requirements for both IT positions and engineering roles in order to source the best-suited candidates.
- Write and post job descriptions for a variety of positions – from software developers and cybersecurity specialists to structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
- Source, screen, and build shortlists of qualified candidates across multiple technical domains.
- Interview candidates using a mix of methods (structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral-based questions).
- Coordinate onboarding with HR and ensure a smooth hiring process for placed candidates.
- Build and maintain a candidate CRM pipeline to ensure timely communication and accurate data management.
- Attend industry-specific events, including tech conferences and engineering expos, to network with professionals.
- Keep informed about new developments in technology and engineering fields to support strategic hiring conversations with clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience in recruitment – ideally as a Technical Recruiter or Engineering Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with different interview formats (virtual and in-person).
- Ability to understand and explain requirements for both IT roles and engineering positions (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Proficiency using tools like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking skills, resilience, and ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, with exposure to both IT and engineering recruitment (agency or in-house).

Salary: $95,000 - $106,000 annually
