Job Description
We are looking for an experienced solution consultant to help design, configure, activate and support the education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for our internal solution consultants that support the Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs and Indian Health Service. The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard‑working, knowledgeable, passionate members who want to shape the electronic health records systems for active‑duty service men and women, their beneficiaries, our Nation’s Veterans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.
A Sr. Knowledge Leader is an experienced solution consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to multiple solutions and the consultants that are supporting the program. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our customer's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the Learning Instructors to understand and manage the customer's expectations.
Responsibilities
The Senior Knowledge Leader will be expected to:
- Provide domain, implementation approach, and workflow design expertise
- Author and develop associate‑facing content leveraging technical and methodology documentation
- Educate associates to appropriately leverage methodology and standard recommendations
- Consult with cross‑functional internal stakeholders to identify priorities for standard content enhancements, process improvements, methodology updates, and resulting client impacts
- May be asked to monitor and/or manage issues logged via problem management process
- Execute process improvement strategies
Basic Qualifications
- 5‑7 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and other internal stakeholders.
- At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client‑facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- Knowledge and experience with building and configuration of EHR product which is leveraged in training, content creation and support of client and team
- Experience in Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Radiology, and/or Perioperative is strongly preferred
- Experience in relevant functional and technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s) is required to be considered for this role

Compensation & Benefits
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Join us! The GoFundMe team is searching for our next Principal Consumer Product Marketing Manager to lead high-impact, consumer-facing product initiatives across our platform. This individual will be strategic, proactive, and independently driven. They will be instrumental in shaping compelling product narratives, crafting rigorous GTM strategies, and mobilizing cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.
In this role, you won’t just support product launches, you’ll own them. You’ll be expected to operate with a high degree of independence, manage ambiguity with clarity, and lead initiatives that impact both team and company-wide goals.
Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco, Bay Area. There will be an in-office requirement of 2-3x a week.
The Job
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies from planning and stakeholder alignment through asset creation, activation, optimization, scaling, reporting, and iteration, translating business objectives and user needs into full-funnel marketing and channel strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and growth.
- Define and operationalize audience segments, tailoring messaging and tactics to motivations, and optimizing continuously with behavioral and performance data, journey mapping, and competitive insights.
- Establish, track, and communicate performance metrics that clearly demonstrate product marketing’s impact, while building and maintaining scalable messaging frameworks, positioning guides, and audience strategies for cross-team use.
- Synthesize complex product and research insights into differentiated narratives that resonate with users, stand out in the market, and adapt to changing trends.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights, using research as a foundational input, while partnering with Product, Data, Marketing, and Design to validate hypotheses, guide the roadmap, and optimize performance.
- Serve as the connective tissue across teams, aligning Marketing, Comms, Social, and Growth on priorities, deliverables, and goals, while proactively mitigating risks, surfacing product pivots, and leading with rigor, clarity, and a bias toward action.
- Drive ongoing performance through retrospectives, testing, iteration, and scaling, driving innovative strategies and maintaining a consumer-first approach.
You
- 8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with proven impact on consumer-facing product launches and strategic initiatives.
- A strong track record of independently owning high-impact product launches, including testing frameworks and full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize ambiguity into actionable strategy, and to provide clarity where there is none.
- Mastery of product storytelling, messaging frameworks, and positioning across varied user segments and lifecycle stages.
- A consumer-obsessed mindset, consistently advocating for user-first thinking and grounding decisions in user behavior and research.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, ClickUp, Amplitude, and Slack to drive GTM planning and collaboration.

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $183,000 - $275,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Credit to Cash Deduction Analyst
Role Summary: Are you ready to drive financial excellence and serve as a strategic "Technical Bridge" within a world-class organization? As a Credit to Cash (C2C) Deduction Analyst, you will own the end-to-end management of commercial and logistics deductions, ensuring accuracy and safeguarding our internal controls. Working within our dynamic Finance team, you will influence business outcomes by collaborating with Commercial, Logistics, and Local Finance partners to optimize working capital and resolve complex payment exceptions. Your expertise in root-cause analysis and process simplification will directly support our commitment to a healthier financial future.
Responsibilities
- Deduction Management Excellence: Lead the end-to-end monitoring and validation of commercial and logistics deductions, including promotions, pricing, and vendor compliance, to ensure proper credit note issuance.
- Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Act as the primary point of contact for Commercial and Logistics teams, facilitating the recovery of missing documentation and resolving past-due balances through active customer engagement.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead month-end close activities by analyzing performance against KPIs and preparing executive commentary to provide clear visibility into disputes and P&L impacts.
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Actively participate in initiatives to simplify and automate C2C processes, leveraging tools like RPA and AI to enhance traceability and accuracy.
- Strategic Customer Insights: Perform deep-dive financial analysis of customer payment history and portal data to identify root causes of disputes and recommend corrective preventive actions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related administrative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in financial areas, with specific exposure to credit management or deduction resolution.
- Communication Skills: Professional-level proficiency in English (written and oral) to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of financial documentation and proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite).
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Previous experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or FMCG industry.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and experience with data analysis or automation methodologies.
