NATURE OF THE POSITION

Under the direction of the Vice President of Instruction and Student Services or a Designee, the Curriculum and Catalog Specialist performs a variety of specialized work related to the operations and functions of the District?s curriculum services and the development and publishing of the college catalog.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate the District curriculum process. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the District curriculum records of instructional programs and course documents. 
  2. Maintain and update records related to District curriculum files and related data according to established procedures. Assist faculty with course and program codes, and provide divisions with listings of course and program data for review purposes.  Serve as liaison to the Chancellor?s Office for curriculum matters.
  3. Coordinate with Admissions and Records and Articulation to ensure course and program data integrity.
  4. Serve as liaison and technical resource to the Curriculum Committee; assist in the preparation of the agenda and materials; develop and recommend timelines; update curriculum and academic program websites; attend meetings and take minutes.  Submit curriculum changes to the District governing board for approval.
  5. Review and edit curriculum documents and course outlines as appropriate; review new and modified programs of study and make recommendations as necessary; assure compliance of District Board policies and Title V regulations; train and assist faculty and staff in completing on-line course outline forms.  Train and support faculty in use of curriculum management system.
  6. Assist administrators, faculty, and others with research of course and program data, State and local rules, and regulations and policies as directed.  
  7. Plan, organize and coordinate the preparation of the college catalog; establish and meet timelines; maintain currency of information in the catalog.   Serve as editor for the college catalog.
  8. Provide updates on Title V regulations to divisions, administrators, faculty, and staff; compare and contrast changes to Title V regulations and make appropriate adjustments to materials and other resources as required. Maintain files of District Course Outlines of Record: provide copies to students, faculty, and staff as requested. 
  9. Provide technical assistance to faculty and staff for programs including student learning outcomes and program review.
  10. Prepare various reports as required by state agencies, administrators, faculty, and others regarding courses and classes offered by the District.
  11. Assist Instructional Services Manager in the development and maintenance of class schedule; serve as primary backup for this responsibility.
  12. Serve on committees as assigned.  Attend regional meetings and other workshops related to curriculum and articulation.
  13. Perform related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  1. Associate?s Degree from an accredited institution.

  • Enable and validate data lineage ingestion from supported data platforms.

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience supporting enterprise data platforms or governance tools and 4+ years hands?on MS Purview experience at enterprise scale.
  • Hands?on experience administering Microsoft Purview Data Catalog.
  • Strong understanding of metadata management, data classification, and lineage concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Azure data services and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience managing access controls and identities using Microsoft Entra ID.

The Assistant Product Developer reports to a Product Developer and is tasked with assisting in all components of the product development process for assigned categories. The Assistant Product Developer will be working cross functionally with senior management, store operations, marketing, planning, sourcing, and merchandising to introduce new products into the Arhaus assortment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with vendors to gather and compile product info across the assigned category and input this information into Marketing Docs, Product Information System and Assortment plans.
  • Sample Purchase Order management followed by management of Sample Trackers for the assigned category monitoring each sample from a vendor to Arhaus warehouse, informing Product Development team of any changes in the tracker.
  • Work closely with the web team to ensure that product is launched in a timely manner and is accurately represented on the Arhaus website.

  • Applies and maintains copy and image style guide standards to maintain position as a best-in-class retailer. Ensures SEO best practices are maintained for product and meta descriptions.
