Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY
Work within the nursing process to provide direct nursing care to assigned patients. Provide clinical leadership for other staff and assume relief charge duties when designated. About the Facility: Shiprock Service Unit -Northern Navajo Medical Center The Shiprock Service Unit (SRSU) is the largest geographical service-unit of Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS).
SRSU population extends into New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.
The scope of SRSU's responsibility is extensive and includes administrative oversight of one hospital.
NNMC and two health centers: Four Corners Regional Health Center and Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center.
NNMC provides the following primary and specialty care services in inpatient and outpatient care services: medical-surgical, pediatric inpatient, labor and delivery, intensive care units, internal medicine, family practice, urgent and emergency care, women's health, pharmacy, optometry, dental, radiology, public health nursing, medical social services, health promotion/disease prevention and traditional medicine.
Furthermore, the NNMC ED is certified as PEDS Ready by the New Mexico Emergency Medical Services for Children and the University of New Mexico Child Ready Program.

Facility Address: Highway 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420 RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to): Shall perform outpatient/inpatient pediatric duties and manage patient's needs, identified by the Service Unit and as directed by the Supervisor.
Shall perform in accordance with the competency standards listed in the Shiprock Service Unit Medical Staff By-Laws.
Shall provide professional medical services or direct patient care services under the terms of this contract, appropriate and timely medical services in accordance with the standards of care established by recognized medical care organizations.

Inpatient includes Pediatric Ward, reviewed and monitored by the Primary Care Director or their designee.
Will take night call approximately 2 to 4 times per month.
When in outpatient clinic, incumbent will evaluate and treat all patients placed in his/her exam room by staff.
All patients who sign in by 4 pm will be evaluated and treated before clinic is considered complete and incumbent leaves for the day.
When assigned to inpatient wards, will at least evaluate, treat, and document in medical record daily for each inpatient on the pediatric service, including well newborns.
Will admit and discharge these inpatients as medically appropriate.
Will also assist and provide consultation as requested to other specialists, the emergency room, the pediatric clinic, the labor and delivery suite, the urgent care clinic, and the inpatient pediatric and nursery nursing staff.
Within specialty area, assumes responsibility for the diagnosis, care and treatment of pediatric inpatients, ambulatory care patients and emergency cases in the capacity of a senior specialist or expert.
Typical but not all-inclusive assignments including the following: Interviews and examines pediatric patients, reviews past medical history and requests and/or performs diagnostic tests and examinations deemed necessary to obtain all possible information related to each case.
Make preliminary diagnosis, directs, prescribes, or provides treatment, or arranges for specialized care of pediatric referral as required.
Bases decision upon information obtained, professional medical knowledge and skills and prescribed policies and procedures.
Makes notes of observations to be incorporated into clinical records.
Provide emergency care as required.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Sustainability and Global Sourcing Compliance to join our Sustainability & Sourcing Compliance team. This role will play a critical part in executing sustainability strategy and managing global social and sourcing compliance programs, regulatory implementation, systems oversight, and stakeholder training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute global social compliance programs across vendor and factory networks, including onboarding and compliance setup
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and licensee CSR communications and compliance program execution
- Address audit findings, corrective action plans, and compliance gaps in partnership with sourcing teams and factories
- Track compliance metrics and ensure timely remediation, follow-up, and documentation
- Monitor and implement global regulations (e.g., UFLPA, SB 253, SB 261, CSRD, CSDDD, EPR, CPSC e-filing) and translate them into actionable procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs, materials, and communications for internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- Partner with the VP to execute ESG strategy, including sustainability initiatives, reporting, and performance tracking (e.g., GHG emissions)
- Manage compliance systems, reporting platforms, and third-party tools, ensuring data integrity, access, and accurate submissions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sustainability, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, social compliance, or responsible sourcing (apparel or consumer goods preferred)
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (UFLPA, CSRD, CSDDD, etc.)
- Experience managing factory compliance programs and customer CSR requirements
- Experience with compliance systems, audit platforms, and regulatory reporting tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Proven ability to lead trainings and develop compliance guidance materials
- Excellent organizational, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

EY's FSO EDGE Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction (RHC) practice provides comprehensive and specialized tax assistance tailored to the unique needs of our clients. You will work alongside our practice office professionals who are knowledgeable and experienced in a wide range of tax areas, processes, and compliance.
Your key responsibilities
A Services Manager in FSO EDGE RHC will be responsible for delivering and managing tax compliance and consulting work for clients. The objective is to recognize and identify problem areas and items that need to be addressed or escalated to ensure partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, and tax compliance are timely and accurately completed. You will work alongside practice office professional serving clients, based on their time demands, as one team.
Responsibilities include
- Consult with clients and demonstrate professional discretion by appropriately escalating complex tax and client relationship matters to senior management and subject-matter professionals, coordinating efforts, and managing expectations about timing of response and resolution
- Deliver and manage compliance and consulting delivery services to meet deadlines for client deliverables
- Ability to lead projects and work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
- Incumbent has specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
- Support effective long-term client relationships by demonstrating your knowledge of the real estate, hospitality, and construction industry. communications with client tax liaisons, client administration teams, and client trust officers to gather required information, to share information to support informed decision-making, and obtain instruction or authorization necessary for timely, accurate production of tax information statements, tax returns and related reporting
- Manage engagement deliverables and team resources to achieve timely and accurate delivery of tax compliance services while effectively managing engagement economics
- Advise and provide direction on complex tax matters, set expectations, coordinate daily work activities, and assign tasks to staff and seniors.
- Review and evaluate the work of staff members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
- Provide effective leadership, formal and informal feedback, and coaching to team members
Skills and attributes for success
- Ability to recognize and identify problem areas that need to be addressed or escalated to ensure tax returns, tax research, tax accounting and other tax projects are timely and accurately completed

To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization in the financial services industry
- Broad exposure to real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring
- Experience managing budgets, people, and projects
