MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include:


  • Providing daily supervision and mentorship
  • Managing household routines and student schedules

Job Details Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes, sampling systems, and statistical techniques to ensure consistent product performance.

Analyze production and quality trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions without impacting production flow.

Review and validate analyses prepared by others for accuracy and effectiveness.

Lead policy recommendations and support implementation of quality-related initiatives.

Conduct cost/benefit analyses and present findings to leadership.

Provide training and mentorship to both hourly and salaried staff on quality systems and best practices.

Support and/or lead audits, special projects, and customer quality initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (required).

4+ years of Quality Engineering experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing.

Professional quality accreditation (CQE or similar) strongly preferred.

Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment.

Additional Requirements Ability to travel to plant and customer sites as needed.

Comfortable maneuvering around production equipment.

Must hold a valid driver’s license.
