How You'll Contribute:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable project manager to operate within one of our client ecosystems. - Contracts with contractors and other trades when necessary.
- Monitors status of projects including cost, timing and staffing to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Ensures quality and continuous improvement.
- Coordinates training & turnover of projects to client, service department, & sales.
What You'll Do:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades and settings is required.
- Familiarity with audio/video systems installations.
- Strong skills to negotiate a very complex set of variables between system design, site conditions and a widely varying set of expectations with multiple stakeholders.
- The skill of communicating both verbally and in writing to manage all these variables
- High level of awareness, emotional intelligence and people management skills.
- Ability to manage the forces of change in every project environment.
- Ability to balancing schedules, budgets, scope, quality and client satisfaction are a very complex set of variables.
- Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical projects.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team at Lawyers for Justice, PC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to representing the interests of employees. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in evaluating potential claims, engaging with clients, and striving for favorable resolutions before litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate potential employment intakes to determine whether the qualifications metrics regarding liability and damages and met.
- Conduct supplemental intake calls with prospective clients as part of a secondary intake process to gather additional facts and documents necessary for drafting complaints and other initiating documents such as PAGA notices.
- Investigate and gather information relating to legal entities and affiliate companies to ensure that the correct parties are being named in the complaints.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy relating to complaint filing decisions, including which claims to include, venue, jurisdiction and other related topics.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in employment law or a related field preferred.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Our firm offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, DOE, DOQ.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
