MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Flex Houseparents eventually transition into a Placed Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of students in their own student home.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $120,000-130,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Mechanisms/Test
Castelion is seeking an expert in the manufacture and design of complex mechanisms for our in-house hypersonic vehicle development. This role will work closely with design engineering and technician teams to build and execute on testing and validation efforts to keep pace with the research and development timetable of our products. You will be apart of a team responsible for serving as a critical node in implementing feedback from testing and validation efforts, streamlining designs and implementing manufacturing changes to quickly mature our products for flight testing and production. Desire for product and process ownership is a must in this role.
Responsibilities
- Work with component design engineering teams to determine the manufacturing and testing feasibility of products
- Operate as a standalone resource responsible for a family of mechanisms
- Architect, mature and develop testing and validation procedures for a wide array of complex mechanisms
- Generate concept proposals in alignment with R&D efforts to help attribute requirements gathering
- Down select solutions generated based on quantifiable vehicle attributes, system cost and weight
- Propose and defend solutions in engineering review meetings
- Develop and refine process documentation including build instructions, test and validation procedures, health and safety standards, and mBOMs

- Maintain alignment between physical inventory stock levels and corresponding quantities and locations within the ERP system.
- Own inventory accuracy by executing and maintaining a robust cycle count program.
- Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate and resolve inventory variances.
- Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support daily production kitting and ensure the production floor is supplied with required materials per the monthly production plan.
- Optimize physical storage locations to improve space utilization, material flow, and accessibility.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, documentation standards, and security requirements.
- Lift, carry, handle, and transport materials up to 50 lbs unassisted as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory control, process efficiency, and data accuracy.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational school diploma.
- 3+ years of experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
- Experience working in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a hands-on approach and a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting inventory operations in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Experience driving process improvements in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with structured cycle count programs and audit readiness practices.

- Professional certifications in supply chain or operations (e.g., APICS) are a plus.

Role Description
The Human Resources Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and helps ensure that company policies, procedures, and employment practices are administered effectively and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This role is responsible for assisting with employee onboarding, HR administration, compliance, benefits coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records. The Human Resources Associate will also help foster a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and serving as a resource for team members regarding HR policies and procedures.
This position is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to gain broad experience across multiple HR disciplines within a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, system access, and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR systems (HRIS, personnel files, compliance documentation)
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee questions
- Serve as a first point of contact for basic HR questions and escalate more complex issues as needed
- Assist with job posts and recruiting coordination (interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer letter support)
- Support HR programs such as performance reviews, trainings, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with required employment documentation (I-9s, posters, acknowledgments, etc.)
- Assist leadership with policy implementation and updates (handbooks, SOPs)
- Support documentation related to employee relations matters under guidance
- Help track compliance items (leaves, accommodations, required trainings)
- Coordinate with external HR consultants, legal counsel, or PEOs as needed
- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and company-wide events
- Serve as a point of contact for facilities, IT setup coordination, and workplace needs
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment
- Support leadership with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as business needs fluctuate
- Maintain and manage the company’s LinkedIn page, ensuring content is current, professional, and aligned with company initiatives
- Post updates related to hiring, company announcements, team highlights, and workplace culture
- Support employer branding initiatives to help attract qualified candidates and strengthen the company’s professional presence
- Coordinate with marketing or leadership when appropriate to share company milestones, events, and recruitment updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2–3 years of HR, administrative, or operations experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
