Key accountabilities:

What You'll Do:
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities or management.
- Maintain a visible presence while on patrol to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
- Follow all protocols for handling and carrying firearms in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Assist with access control by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

- Possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by state and/or local regulations.
- Be able to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Working with Task Leaders, program/project managers, and SMEs, the welder will assist with:
- the Shipboard installation and integration of complex audio visual display
- various communication and electronic warfare systems
- related ancillary and computer based systems onboard naval ships and command centers worldwide.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Accountable For:
- We expect this employee to have experience in and be familiar with work being performed in or around industrial environments such as shipyards and Naval/Coast Guard bases and piers. As well as various and subcontractor Government sites.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Must have High School diploma.
- Must be willing to travel up to 75% CONUS/OCONUS.
- Must be willing to work extended hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have experience in welding steel and aluminum.
- Must have experience welding in a shipyard environment.
- Must have the ability to lay out and perform structural modifications and install foundations based on reading SIDs and ICDs
- Must be willing to perform other installation tasks in addition to welding. Such as cable installation, priming, lagging, painting, on load and offload of equipment and materials.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
Preferred:
- Experience brazing copper nickel pipe and Oxy Fuel torch operation.

- Climber safety training.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position in support of the Chugach integration and installation tasking team lead. The work may be performed at (Location TBD), industrial areas to include; shipyard, Navy/Coast Guard bases, shipboard and shore site locations.
- Work is performed inside industrial environments and subject to working around exposures to hazards that may cause bodily harm, cuts, bruises, burns, etc.
- Work may also be performed outside even during in climate weather.
- Work may be performed at heights (aloft) where fall protection is required.
- Work may be performed welding and cutting of metal.
- Work may be performed off a ladder.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 45 lbs., climb vertical ladders, operate and work around heavy machinery.
- Work at heights (aloft).
- Operate power tools safely.
- Carry equipment and machinery around ships.
- Ability to stand and walk most of the shift.
- Kneel and crawl at work site.
- Crouch through void openings.
- Safely evacuate ship during an emergency.

Job Description
SUMMARY
The Tankerman is directly responsible and accountable to the Master or his relief, working directly under him and following his instruction(s) The Tankerman/ Person is responsible for all barge(s) loading and unloading(s).
It is the duty of the Tankerman/ Person to oversee cargo transfer operations which are covered by extensive laws and regulations of the U.S. Coast Guard and other federal and local government agencies. The objective of the Tankerman/ Person is safe, pollution-free and efficient cargo movements and transfers and to the safety of the environment and to the public.
The Tankerman/ Person is primary accountable for his own health, safety, and cleanliness. He must be familiar with Martin Marine - SMS-Safety Management System , VRP- Vessel Response Policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations, and must abide by them at all times.
The Tankerman/ Person are responsible for the safety, operational, maintenance and housekeeping duties while serving on a Martin vessel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
a) Making up the tow
b) Dropping, spotting and switching barges at docks;
c) Assisting and switching barges at docks;
d) Standing lookout, or riding the head of the tow as a lookout; and,
e) Performing the various tasks necessary to carry out the above, such as making a coupling, operating winches and ratchets, and line handling, include splicing and throwing lines.
f) Confirming with and receiving orders from the Captain, Relief Captain, Mate
g) Being familiar enough to work with complex pumping diagrams, pumps, valves, etc.
h) Moving cargo from one compartment to another within the barges
i) Loading cargo to proper barge draft
Maintenance Duties
a) Chipping and painting vessel and tow;
b) Maintain engine room watch, Grease winches, and other moving parts, oil and lube changes
c) Maintenance of machinery on vessel and barge(s) (pumps, pump engines ETC..)
d) Painting draft marks (Vessel, Barge)
Housekeeping Duties
a) Cleaning the vessel;
b) Cleaning quarters, including personal quarters;
c) Cleaning the wheelhouse and galley;
d) Cleaning the lavatories and companionways;
e) Share in cooking and galley clean up
f) Performing other cleaning chores as directed by the Master
Safety Duties
a) Reporting any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Master and making \"on-the-spot\" corrections when capable
b) Familiar with all paperwork relating to; Barge Inspections, Reports and Cargo Transfers
c) Other duties as directed by the Master or his relief
d) Responding in a safe, efficient manner to mitigate pollution or damage in any shipboard emergency such as hatch overflow or holes in the barge
Job Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School or Equivalent, skilled related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Tankerman is required to be coast guard certified to conduct necessary transfers of the various liquid cargoes handled by Martin Marine. The Tankerman must be able to demonstrate the special handle loading and discharging of cargo and fuels. On the job training, experience and the ability to read and understand the tankerman manual are all necessary requirements.

REASONING ABILITY
Martin Marine is responsible for ensuring that a potential employee will not endanger the safety, environment and to the public, and of other co- workers or the equipment. As a result of the hazardous nature of petroleum transportation, all boat personnel must be of sound, mind, and body. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable's in situations where only limited standardization exists. Typical Duties:

Physical & Mental Requirements- Must be fully capable of performing the full range of security work requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion under either normal or emergency conditions. Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shift hours.
- Exhibit good general health without physical defects or abnormalities which would interfere with the performance of duties under the contract.
- Must possess a good distance vision in each eye, correct to 20/30 on the Snellen chart. In addition to that, must possess normal fields of vision, good depth perception, close vision correctable to Jaeger #4 type test of both eyes, and ability to distinguish basic colors.
- Hearing loss must not exceed 30 decibels in both ears or 35 decibels in the poorer ear.

You’ll maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that keep production moving across multiple industries — from medical and food packaging to aerospace.
This role exists to sustain uptime, drive reliability, and ensure every piece of equipment in the plant performs at its best.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and on-demand repairs on production and facility equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues using schematics, meters, and diagrams on systems including AC/DC motors, gearboxes, compressors, drives, and pumps.
Fabrication & Repair: Use shop tools (drill press, grinders, welders, torches, etc.) to modify or repair parts and components safely and efficiently.
System Optimization: Analyze root causes of failure and develop process improvements that extend equipment life and reduce repeat maintenance issues.
Documentation & Safety: Complete maintenance logs, follow lockout/tagout procedures, and ensure all repairs comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
Collaboration & Leadership: Communicate with operators, supervisors, and fellow technicians to ensure smooth shift handoffs and coordinated repairs.

Requirements
Must have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Solid background in multi-craft maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems)
Experience reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
Working knowledge of gearboxes, motors, pumps, air compressors, and drive systems
Ability to safely use industrial tools (hand, pneumatic, and shop machinery)
Understanding of steam systems and boiler operations preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must be willing to work a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule

Position Summary:
The Security Manager leads the organization’s enterprise-wide physical security, investigations, loss prevention, incident response, and protective services programs across a complex operating footprint.
This role is accountable for safeguarding people, property, product, and operations—designing and executing modern security programs that integrate cutting-edge electronic surveillance and AI-assisted interpretation of surveillance outputs to prevent, detect, and respond to theft, intrusion, sabotage, threats, and other security risks. The Security Manager is a hands-on leader with deep investigative capability and demonstrated experience leading professional security teams in multi-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Security Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a risk-based security strategy for all operational sites, establish enterprise-wide standards for physical security and access controls, and lead security risk assessments to prioritize mitigation efforts and capital needs.
Investigations, Loss Prevention & Anti-Theft Operations: Lead internal investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and threats; coordinate targeted operations; oversee suspect interviews and proper evidence handling; and develop intelligence on loss trends to implement effective countermeasures.
Security Technology, Electronic Surveillance & AI-Enabled Analytics: Oversee the roadmap for modern security technologies—including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and AI-enabled surveillance—while implementing advanced analytics for improved prevention and response. Establish governance for surveillance review, retention, chain of custody, and escalation to ensure systems support investigative and compliance requirements.
Operational Site Security (Multi-Site): Oversee security operations across all sites, including guard force management, patrol protocols, and response readiness. Partner with site leaders to mitigate high risk vulnerabilities—such as fuel, equipment, spare parts, metal theft, product diversion, and afterhours access—and provide security support for logistics and product distribution, addressing risks tied to a large, dispersed driver workforce
Incident Response, Emergency Management & Law Enforcement Coordination: Lead incident response for major security events, serve as primary security liaison with local/state/federal law enforcement and relevant community partners.
Lead the security team across multiple locations; set performance expectations, training requirements, and professional standards.
Manage security vendors and contracts, including guard services and technology integrators.
Metrics, Reporting & Budget: Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting: incident trends, loss metrics, case outcomes, response times, compliance status, and technology performance. Manage security budgets for the operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related fields such as Security Management, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement Management, Criminology, or Industrial Technology (preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within law enforcement and large multistate manufacturing organizations operating in complex risk environments.
- Extensive background in industrial, manufacturing, construction, and multisite operational settings.
- Industry experience in mining, cement, and ready-mix concrete sectors (strong plus).
- Proven expertise in securing industrial facilities and dispersed distribution networks, including the design and deployment of advanced security programs integrating electronic surveillance, AI enabled monitoring, and analytics to strengthen loss prevention outcomes.
- Preferred professional certifications: CPP, PSP, PCI, CFE (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success operating in environments with high value mobile assets, fuel theft exposure, organized theft risks, and large remote/perimeter heavy sites.
- Strong operational judgment with the ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and sound decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing executive leadership and influencing cross functional partners.
