Responsibilities

Perform basic installation, repair and replacement of parking gate components.
Job Duty 2 -
Perform general maintenance and upkeep of parking lots and garages to include installation and painting of signs and meter poles, layout and stripping of stalls, leaf blowing and trash removal and garage lighting replacement.

Perform minor repairs to asphalt surfaces.

Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on assigned vehicles and maintenance equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain one spray truck in a safe and efficient manner
- Diagnose tree and shrub health issues and recommend appropriate treatments or applications
- Collect leaf, root, tissue, and soil samples for laboratory testing and analysis
- Monitor Plant Health Care (PHC) conditions at farms and perform necessary applications
- Meet with clients and identify opportunities to recommend and upsell additional services
- Assist the Plant Health Care Coordinator with tracking and maintaining all required DEC documentation and filings
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment across all facilities
- Prepare client reports and communicate updates with fellow SEC managers
- Collaborate closely with SEC managers to ensure client properties and gardens are maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and manage the annual PHC calendar
- Create and maintain off-season schedules and support SEC teams with winter responsibilities
- Support PHC operations with air spading and root pruning services
- Be available to meet with clients as needed, including Saturdays
- Assist the back office with accounts receivable support, client requests, and issue resolution
- Review contracts and schedule applications in the calendar to ensure all contracted services are completed
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to obtain OMRI certification for orchard care
- Ability to obtain Aquatic Pesticide Certification

30 hours per week. Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, equipment and grounds. Working independently, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
Responsibilities
Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.
Performs furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. Provides after hour emergency support as needed.
Respond to tenants in a timely manner regarding building issues .
Monthly vacancy inspections.
Periodic before or after hour night light inspections.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training with a desire to pursue a third degree engineer's license.
Previous facilities knowledge a plus; engineer license a plus but not necessary.

The overnight lodge coordinator will work both as a front desk agent and will support overnight needs throughout the hotel.Β This position will supervise overnight tasks such as; night audit, room calls, security concerns, housekeeping needs including; laundry, stocking housekeeping closets, maintaining common areas, greeting and registering guests into and out of the hotel in a courteous and professional manner.Β Will provide information and assistance to all resort guests.

- Operate the Front Desk system to make reservations, post payment and revenue transactions, perform assigned system functions, and check guests in and out

- Answer telephone calls from internal and external guests/customers as well as inter-departmental calls.
- Compliance with communication protocols for telephone and email
- Clean guest suites thoroughly and timely to maintain the hotel's standards
- Keeping carts and closets stocked, clean and free of trashΒ
- Ensure that all room linen is cleaned and foldedΒ
- Maintaining chemical closets clean and stockedΒ
- Protect employees, guests, and company propertyΒ
- Β Enforce resort policies and procedures
- Perform security guard role in the absence of an assigned guard; provide assistance to other security guards as necessary
- Patrol and inspect assigned areas of the resortΒ
- Keep unauthorized personnel out of restricted areasΒ
- Rapidly respond to active alarms, medical calls, and other emergency situationsΒ
- Monitor all areas for safety hazards, including fire, theft, and vandalismΒ
- Write detailed reports of damage, maintain incident logs, and complete security records using computer-aided records management systemΒ

- Should have an enthusiastic and service-oriented attitude
- Must be able to perform tasks safely and adhere to company policy
