As a member of the EHS leadership team, the successful candidate will be tasked with fostering a health and safety culture, requiring the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels of the business.


The Role:

  • Help develop and implement safety management systems and strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to site leadership on Safety practices and protocols.
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation, as well as site safety trainings.
  • Develop relationships with all employees while working hands-on to implement safety programs.
  • Work in conjunction with the company’s partners and adhere to their safety needs


The Candidate:

  • 3+ years of Safety experience in industrial manufacturing, cement & aggregates, or civil construction
  • Experience with MSHA regulations, or an aptitude & desire to learn.
  • A.S. or B.S. degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related, or 3 additional years of supplemental experience.
