Position Details GP4 focuses on Palliative, Hospice, and Medical Surgical (not all patients are palliative or hospice, some are medical surgical, but there are efforts in motion to aggregate patients to this unit that are likely to transition' to palliative vs curative efforts during their hospital stay).
This unit has 14 Private Beds and is newly renovated with spacious rooms.
It is a calm, quiet, peaceful, emotionally and spiritually supportive environment.

As a Press Operator Hydraulic & Mechanical A, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, responsible for setting up and operating hydraulic and mechanical presses to shape and form various materials.
Your role will involve obtaining work packages, performing safety checks, and ensuring that all equipment is properly set up and maintained.

Position Responsibilities: Obtain work package from the ready-to-work rack, work board, or assigned by Team Lead, or run previously set-up jobs by reviewing tie-ins from prior operators.
Operate a computer to access information from prints, sketches, drawings, layout documents, and Boeing (BAC) specifications.
Perform safety checks on machines, ensuring the area is clear of obstacles, power switches are off, and safety guards are installed.
Move heavy materials, equipment, tools, and dies to the work area using stackers, Kalamar, die loaders, or overhead cranes, asking for assistance as needed.
Check steam lines for cracks or cuts and verify o-rings are properly seated prior to hookup.
Preheat dies and punches using electricity or steam, and verify temperature accuracy for hot dies with a temperature stick or pyrometer.
Determine machine setup by reviewing work orders, tooling usage instructions, and die setup charts, making adjustments as required.
Load and secure dies into the press, checking for defects and torquing as necessary.
Examine tools, dies, and fixtures for damage, separating them using appropriate handling procedures.
Set up press cycle programs using control panels or manual switches to adjust height, stroke, pressure, and cycle time.
Develop patterns when necessary, cutting and tailoring materials like fiberglass and graphite to die requirements.
Perform pull-outs on various types of metal and alloy tubes using a hydraulic tube pull-out machine.
Verify that materials are free from burrs and debris, using hand deburring tools and denatured alcohol prior to forming operations.
Consult with Team Lead and other personnel (e.g., engineering, planning, inspection) on process or job-related issues as required.
Maintain a written tie-in book or electronic communication to coordinate with other shifts and dispose of hazardous materials in an approved manner.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards: Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

The Palletizer Operator tends to the automatic can palletizer to ensure continuous line production.
Key Accountabilities:
- Understands and complies with position related safety SOP's and work instructions, especially for Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, Housekeeping, SQF, and Personal Protective Equipment.
- Comply with all plant and corporate safety policies and regulations and participate pro-actively in plant safety programs and initiatives, including online safety training and safety observations.
- Comply with all plant and corporate Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Tends automatic can palletizer to ensure continuous line production.
- Operate controls when necessary to restore machine to automatic status. Pull defective cans, upright-turned over cans, clear jams from palletizers, conveyors, runways, pallet or top frame dispensers.
- Analyze inspection data and establish quality level and acceptability of product where limits are not clearly defined; to include understanding and identifying defective product in accordance with corporate and plant procedure.
- Check layers of cans for full pattern pack, replacing missing or defective cans.
- Counts, records, and disposes of spoilage in designated manner.
- Performs any specifically assigned check, test, gauge or instrument inspections. Reports finding to appropriated employees and supervisor. Enters data in system.
- Continuously inspects visually for defective product.
- Reports to supervisor any incidences of equipment malfunction or defective cans or packing materials.
- Communicates with peers to understand issues, changes and processes.
- Sorts, re-feeds or depals cans as required.
- Completes any other duties as assigned.
- Maintains the highest level of housekeeping.

A Sr. Knowledge Leader is an experienced solution consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to multiple solutions and the consultants that are supporting the program. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that quality solution learning content is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our customer's satisfaction. Responsibilities
The Senior Knowledge Leader will be expected to:

Basic Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and other internal stakeholders.
- At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client‑facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- Knowledge and experience with building and configuration of EHR product which is leveraged in training, content creation and support of client and team
- Experience in Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Radiology, and/or Perioperative is strongly preferred
- Experience in relevant functional and technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health EHR Millennium product(s) is required to be considered for this role

Compensation & Benefits
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
