A plaintiffs’ personal injury trial firm built around one principle: prepare every case as if it will be tried to a jury. If you’re a Texas-barred lawyer under 3 years’ experience who wants real reps, real responsibility, and a team that expects serious performance, this is your seat.
As a Dallas trial lawyer, you’ll help drive plaintiff-side personal injury cases from day one—investigating, litigating, and preparing matters for trial in a firm that emphasizes trial readiness as leverage.
What you’ll do:
- Own and advance files through litigation: pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial prep
- Work directly with clients (serious injuries, high stakes, real people) and keep communication tight and professional
- Coordinate with experts, treating providers, and vendors to build damages and liability proof
- Build courtroom skills fast: evidentiary thinking, witness prep, exhibit strategy, and theme development
Must-Haves
- Texas-barred attorney
- Plaintiff-side, contingency-only mindset (this role is not for hourly defense work)
- 100% on-site in Dallas
- Trial/litigation firepower appropriate to your level
