About Sina Rez Law
We're a California lemon law firm — that's all we do, and we do it at a high level. We represent consumers under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, and we've built every system, every team, and every process in this firm around doing that one thing exceptionally well.
That focus matters for you. Our paralegals aren't stretched across practice areas trying to be generalists. You come in, you get genuinely expert at something that matters, and you work alongside people who take that seriously.
And we have a good time doing it. The office has real energy — people laugh, they enjoy being here, and they also get a lot done. That combination isn't something you stumble into; we've been deliberate about the environment we're building, and we're just as deliberate about who we add to it. We've doubled in size in the past year and we're on track to do it again — with the right people and the right infrastructure in place. Every hire at this stage matters, and this one is no different.
Why This Firm Is Different
A lot of firms will tell you they're a great place to work. Here's what we can actually back up:
You won't be buried in work that isn't yours. This role comes with a dedicated legal assistant and a dedicated client relations specialist. Deadline management sits with our specialized calendaring team. We've built the support structure so that the people doing high-level legal work can actually stay focused on it — not get pulled into the admin work that tends to swallow paralegals at firms that haven't thought this through.
The infrastructure is real. We have specialized teams across intake, calendaring, and client relations. We know where we still have gaps, and we're actively developing in those areas. You're walking into a firm that has already done the hard work of building real systems — not one that's going to ask you to build them from scratch while managing a full caseload at the same time.
You'll be seen here. The firm has real infrastructure, and the people running it are in the office, accessible, and paying attention to who's doing good work. If you've spent time somewhere so large that your contributions disappeared into the caseload, or so small that you had no support around you, this is a different experience.
The culture is something we've worked for. Professional, supportive, and genuinely free of the drama that follows some firms around. We have high standards and we have each other's backs — and we've put real effort into making sure those things coexist.
And the commute. This role is fully in-office in Woodland Hills. If you live in the Valley, you already know how much that matters. If you've been driving to DTLA or Century City every day, it's going to matter even more.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to take real ownership of cases from discovery through trial prep. You'll work closely with attorneys on active lemon law matters — thinking ahead, drafting with precision, and helping move complex cases forward with the kind of judgment that comes from actually knowing the work.
Trial preparation is part of this role. It won't come up every week, but when a case gets there, you need to know what you're doing. We want someone who has been in that room before and doesn't need to be walked through it.
If you've been doing litigation work for several years and want a place where your experience is put to real use — not just listed on a job description and then ignored — this is it.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence across active lemon law matters

The Bottom Line
The support is here, the work is real, and the people you'll work with take it seriously. We've put a lot of effort into building something worth coming into every day — and we're selective about who we bring in because that matters to how it stays that way.
We're selective about who we bring in — because the right hire matters, to us and to you. If you take ownership of your work, hold yourself to a high standard, and want to be somewhere that will actually notice, we'd like to meet you.
