Job Description
Join Worthington Enterprises as a Manager of Product Development within the business’s North American Building Products Innovation team and growing product portfolio. This role is responsible for leading the project management function and Innovation programs themselves. Emphasis is on early exploration, discovering new, needle moving opportunities and then driving the best few to completion with the team. Project scope is Innovation, that is both new product development (NPD) and non-product value-add (eg innovating via channel, brand, profit model, etc).
NPD management to vary from painpoint identification (Stage Gate 0) to full commercial product launches (Stage Gate 5). Responsibilities
- Product Development Leadership: Mature and execute the product development process from concept to launch, including ideation sessions, feasibility studies, design, prototyping, testing, and market introduction. EastPointe Hospital is a private, free-standing psychiatric hospital for adults located in Daphne, Ala. EastPointe's clinical and medical professionals assess and evaluate adults in psychiatric crisis. Treatment focuses on stabilizing psychiatric symptoms and preventing psychiatric commitment. Adults admitted to EastPointe will have exhibited life-threatening, destructive or disabling behavior or symptoms. Each patient completes a psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and receives 24-hour clinical care for an estimated three-to-seven-day stay. ResponsibilitiesPrimary Job Functions:
Office professional responsibilities
- Reviews documentation for any improper corrections, missing signatures, dates, times, etc. and monitors for completeness.
- Returns incomplete documentation to the program supervisor.
- Keys billing information on a daily basis from the DSR into the CSM system appropriately.
- Files documentation in the appropriate section of the consumers' records as needed.
- Completes administrative review when needed.
- Performs basic clerical functions.
- Completes census maintenance on a daily basis accurately and completely, including the \"head in the bed check\" completed at midnight.
- Completes Compliance Checklists on a daily basis.
- Makes copies and faxes information as needed and checks fax regularly.
- Assembles charts and checks records for availability of forms.
- Notifies nurses of e-signature changes.
- Upon admission, accesses and prints medication lists and medical checklists for active consumers and places on charts.
- Notifies applicable staff of emergency situations in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the units.
- Assists with pulling and locating charts and with other requests.
- Maintains the chart tracking (charge-out) system to track the location of each record.
- Ensures all charts are accounted for and filed on the chart rack at the end of each shift and all signatures have been obtained on progress notes/orders. Restraints and Seclusion observation sheets.
- Distributes office supply orders for the unit and places supply orders with the administrative assistant as needed.
- Accesses labs on a daily basis, prints reports and places on appropriate charts for review.

- Keeps Dietary informed of admissions and prints dietary tickets as needed.
- Ensures that all unit copiers are working appropriately and reports issues to IT department.
- Assist with facilitating hospital phone time in professional, organized, and quiet manner.
- Serve as the back-up for the Admission Support Specialist if necessary.
- Complete \"head in the bed checks\" in the event Admission Support Specialist is unavailable.
- Support Front Desk Support Specialist as needed.

- Forward reaching, overhead reaching and reaching down while filing medical record that can range up to 15 pounds.

- Reconcile discrepancies with carriers and/or internal customers as required.
- Work through the Client Resolution Queue in the freight bill pay and audit portal
- Maintain integrity of related data, including administrative duties to support department effectiveness
- Provide accurate and timely freight quotations as requested through Salesforce
- Assist with various logistics functions such as tracking, tracing, and expediting as well as providing supporting documentation on request

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide timely and accurate freight quotations to Arbon and Rite-Hite independent representatives
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the Freight Pro-Rate process with the focus on a zero balance at each month end.
- Perform daily audit of freight bills; both inbound and outbound, covering the previous days shipping and receiving activity at all Rite-Hite and vendor/partner facilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate Pro-Rate data entry to meet post shipment invoicing demands.
- Reconcile cost discrepancies with carriers and/or internal departments as appropriate. Perform audit related activities through freight bill pay and audit software daily.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Certificate from an accredited institution OR 2 years Logistics/Transportation experience.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One or similar ERP systems preferred
- Experience operating in MyTranzAct or other freight bill pay and audit systems preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
Program Development & Instruction:
- Teach core music production skills including beat making, sampling, MIDI programming, arrangement, vocal tracking, basic mixing and mastering, export, and delivery.
- Create and mix rap and hip hop music with youth, including instruction on flows, hooks, verse structure, ad libs, punch-ins, comping, and basic tuning.

Essential Functions
- Performs high-volume HRIS data entry and auditing within UKG Pro, ensuring all workflow transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supports field recruiting operations by posting job openings, coordinating with hiring managers on open requisitions, reviewing and routing resumes, and managing the pre-employment process through completion.
- Reviews Form I-9s for accuracy and completeness in accordance with federal requirements, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Manages and delegates unemployment claims, ensuring responses are submitted in compliance with applicable state deadlines.
- Delivers high-volume tier 1 HR customer service to a workforce of approximately 3,500 employees, former employees, HR business partners, and family members, addressing inquiries related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
- Oversees the pre-employment verification process for applicants, coordinating background and employment history checks to ensure all requirements are satisfied prior to onboarding.
- Manages the CDL driver pre-employment process in partnership with Fleet Safety, ensuring all steps are executed in accordance with FMCSA guidelines and regulatory requirements prior to a driver's start date.

- Design & Documentation
- Develop and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable harness designs using Pro/ENGINEER (Pro‑E/Creo).

Role Overview:
The Corporate Development Manager oversees the end-to-end acquisition process for Verita's Group in the United States.
