Key Responsibilities:
Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Review and approve CSV lifecycle documents (VMP, URS, FRS, HDS, Risk Assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ, RTM, Summary Reports).
- Ensure risk-based validation approaches aligned with GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity (ALCOA+) principles.
- Evaluate system changes through change control, assessing GxP impact and validation requirements.
- Support periodic reviews and re-validation activities for existing systems.
Digital Systems & Platforms
- Act as Quality reviewer/approver for systems including:
- o MES / EBR platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X or similar)
- o Historians (OSIsoft PI or equivalent)
- o Advanced analytics tools (Seeq, used for GxP trending)
- o Empower and other lab systems
- Review configurations related to data acquisition, time stamping, audit trails, access control, and electronic records/signatures.
- Ensure proper segregation between GxP vs non-GxP analytics use cases.
Data Integrity & Compliance:
- Assess and approve data flows, interfaces, and integrations between systems.
- Support regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA) and internal audits related to computerized systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Automation, MS&T, IT, and Operations to:
- o Enable faster project execution with compliant validation strategies
- o Avoid over-validation while maintaining inspection readiness
- Provide Quality input during project design, FAT/SAT, and commissioning phases.
Required Qualifications:

Opportunity Details:

We are seeking a Construction Safety Coordinator to support onsite safety operations for a long-term utility-scale renewable energy project in Yerington, Nevada. While the site includes Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) work, the primary scope of this role will focus on photovoltaic (PV) installation activities, including racking, module installation, and DC collection systems.
The Safety Coordinator will work closely with site leadership and craft teams to help implement safety programs, monitor compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the construction process.

Cardiac Care Unit
This 18-bed cardiac unit specializes in the care of both cardiac and vascular patients. The typical patient population found in the CCU includes but is not limited to patient's with diagnosis of chest pain, cardiac dysrhythmias, CHF exacerbation, hypertensive emergency, pulmonary embolism and/or DVT, and patient's that have had AAA repair and carotid endarterectomy. Our unit is an intermediate/step down unit. Our nursing staff work closely with both our cardiology and vascular teams to ensure exceptional care for our patients. Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients. He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs patient assessments to include collection of data regarding the patient's physical, psychosocial and health history.
2. Appropriately evaluates the developmental age of the patient when performing assessments, treatments and patient/family education.
3. Organizes patient data into the formulation of a plan of care; identifies additional information needed and makes care decisions based on identified needs. Identifies expected patient outcomes.
4. Carries out plan of care to achieve desired patient outcomes.
5. Provides patient care that is specific to the setting, identified needs and plan; ensures that the care provided is appropriate to the severity of the disease, condition, impairment or disability.
6. Oversees activities of ancillary and support team members.
7. Identifies teaching opportunities and provides the resources necessary for achieving the educational goals of the patients.
8. Communications issues/concerns to the Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager and/or physician as appropriate.
9. Documents patient care and concerns in the patient record.

Job Summary and QualificationsThe RN Coordinator ED Flow/Throughput ensures high quality, patient-centered care by facilitating the throughput of patients within the Emergency Department to provide optimum efficiency of department resources and timely management of patient care. The RN Coordinator evaluates staffing matrix and patient volume patterns to identify optimal staffing schedules. The RN Coordinator supports patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities that promote the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
What you will do in this role:- Collaborate with all Emergency Department staff to ensure proper patient placement and facilitate patient movement throughout the department.
- Coordinates EMS transports and triage staff to facilitate timely room assignment and hand-off reports.
- Coordinates transfers for patients being admitted from the ED in collaboration with the Nursing Supervisor.
- Manages workload and patient needs by delegating duties to appropriate licensed and unlicensed staff.
- Acts as a liaison between and with physicians, patient/family, hospital staff, and outside agencies in an effort to promote efficient patient flow.
- Recognizes and prevents discharge “batching” that delays patient discharges and inhibits timely utilization of patient beds.
- Examines wait times for admitting, testing, test results (i.e. Labs, X-Rays), and all other aspects affecting patient throughput. Analyzes staff efficiency patterns and time management related to patient treatment.
- Monitors Emergency Department waiting room for surge conditions and implementing solutions promptly.
- Monitors standard treatment /benchmark criteria to reduce occurrences of defined outliers or negative QA evaluations. Collects metrics data for evaluation by senior leadership.
- Make recommendations to leadership to enhance current processes or create new practices to better serve customers, staff, and hospital system.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to identify and resolve issues that affect patients and the team.
- Provides leadership by serving as a clinical resource and role model.
- Assists with maintaining an environment that promotes patient safety.
