Job Overview:
- We’re looking for a creative and resourceful macOS developer with 3-5 years of experience to support the lead engineer on a large internal tools project. This person will assist in implementing new features, testing existing code, and fixing bugs.

POSITION – Senior Optical Design Engineer
Reporting to the Lead, the Senior Optical Design Engineer will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and scientists to help envision and design cutting-edge Myrias Optics components and systems. Modern Law is a growing Arizona family law firm with established clients and real demand for estate planning services. We're building out a dedicated estate planning department and need an experienced attorney to lead it.
What You'll Do
Draft and execute wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents. Advise clients on asset protection, probate avoidance, and long-term planning. Build systems and processes for a department that's growing from day one.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Arizona attorney in good standing
- 3+ years of estate planning experience
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Someone who wants to build something, not just fill a seat

Compensation:$125,000 + DOE
Responsibilities:- Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
- Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action
- Consult clients about your plans for distributing their assets
- Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in Arizona.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Arizona Estate Planning.
- Must have experience in probate litigation.
