THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a metal stamping environment.
- Skilled in manual machining (setup and operation of lathes, mills, grinders) for one-off and production parts.
- Strong understanding of die functions, stamping processes, tooling setup, and press operations.
- Proficient in blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG) or completion of a welding program preferred.
- Familiar with quality control standards and preventive maintenance practices.
