Position Responsibilities
Review job assignments using bar charts, SOI, IP, and consult with leads to obtain necessary drawings.
Locate work areas using drawings and electronic resources that specify airplane and section numbers.
Verify kitted parts against installation plans and bill of materials for accuracy and suitability.
Determine and obtain the correct fasteners from PCA/MMO control per specifications.
Set up assembly tools according to tooling instructions, ensuring locators are correct for the model.
Align and secure parts on the airplane using tooling holes and clamps, checking for proper margins.
Install and rework interior parts and assemblies, including carpets, stowbins, and seats.
Select and use appropriate drill bits, reamers, and countersinking tools for pilot and full-size holes.
Drill, ream, and countersink holes in parts/assemblies per specifications and instructions.
Disassemble parts, deburr holes, and prepare surfaces for fastener installation.
Apply sealants, primers, adhesives, and corrosion-inhibiting compounds as required by specifications.
Install fasteners in the correct sequence using appropriate tools, adhering to specifications.
Mark and symbolize work for subsequent riveting and install cables and wire bundles as needed.
Inspect completed work for defects, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and report any job handicaps.
Move kits, carts, and equipment within the work cell to facilitate workflow and maintain personal and tool certifications.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, construction, aerospace or similar industry; this can include education and Military.
1+ years of experience following oral and written instructions in the form of blueprints, drawings, work instructions.
1+ years of experience using hand and power tools
Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day; walk constantly; climb or work from stairs/steps/ladders; bend and twist frequently; squat and kneel.
Ability to wear hearing protection (ear inserts, canal caps, earmuffs); eye protection.
Ability to use hazardous chemicals.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience installing aerospace components, construction or automotive assemblies with precision measurement tools, hand and power tools.

MAJOR FUNCTION:
Plumbing Technician & Support Professional performs tasks in the after sales service of products based on verbal and written instructions such as but not limited to Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), Standard Inspection Procedures (SIPs), Work Orders (WO’s).
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:

MATERIALS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plumbing Technician & Support Professional - MAIN DUTY - Performs repairs on Washlets, Neorest, or any TOTO products in the field.
- MAIN DUTY - Call Center / Handles inbound customer calls, follow ups, scheduling, troubleshooting, etc…
- Handles Tech Service email queues / chat queues as needed.
- Showroom visiting, making a relationship, responding their inquiry

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years mechanically related experience (Plumbing / HVAC / Electronic Repairs / etc.). Must be able to use the Windows platform and all related programs. Must possess basic mathematical and measurement skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and an understanding of fractions and decimals). Ability to read and comprehend basic written instructions and procedures.

Job Summary
The B2B / VAS Supervisor oversees all business‑to‑business (B2B) fulfillment operations and value‑added services (VAS) production activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and on‑time B2B shipments while managing VAS workflows such as kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and on‑time B2B shipments while managing VAS workflows such as kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects. The Supervisor partners closely with internal teams to align production schedules, meet customer requirements, control costs, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Fulfillment Oversight
- Supervise day‑to‑day B2B order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations
- Ensure compliance with customer routing guides, labeling requirements, pallet standards, and documentation
- Coordinate LTL and FTL freight shipments and work with carriers to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor and reduce chargebacks through proactive compliance and process improvement
- Partner with customers and internal teams on forecasts, deadlines, and shipment requirements
- Track and report KPIs including OTIF, compliance accuracy, and shipping costs
VAS / Production Management
- Oversee all value‑added services (VAS) and production workflows, including kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects
- Plan labor, timelines, and resources for production and VAS initiatives
- Ensure quality standards and client specifications are consistently met
- Coordinate production schedules with B2B and DTC teams to support shipping timelines
- Track labor costs and project profitability
- Develop and maintain SOPs for repeatable VAS services
- Train, coach, and supervise production staff and team leads
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Serve as a key point of contact between fulfillment, production, and operations leadership
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across B2B and VAS operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B/wholesale fulfillment, VAS, production, or light assembly
- Strong knowledge of retailer routing guides, pallet standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience coordinating LTL/FTL freight
- Background in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail‑oriented with a quality‑first mindset
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage teams in a fast‑paced environment

HumCap’s client is seeking an experienced Production Lead to support daily production operations and drive team success. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that plays a key part in meeting productivity, quality, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support production teams to meet daily output and performance goals
- Ability to lead kitting operations that support a mix of real‑time, project‑based, and planned fulfillment workflows across multiple customer teams.
- Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and time reporting; address inefficiencies as needed
- Ensure continuous product flow and timely equipment and line setup
- Monitor inventory and material availability; escalate shortages or headcount needs promptly
- Train, cross-train, coach, and develop team members to support growth and advancement
- Conduct start-of-day and end-of-day team meetings
- Complete performance metrics, KPI reporting, and other required production reports
- Address employee performance issues, misconduct, and policy adherence; engage Manager and HR as needed
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities in collaboration with management

Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience leading or supervising kitting / material preparation operations, supporting both real‑time and scheduled production orders across multiple customer programs.
- Minimum 1 year of related production or leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience leading teams and meeting performance targets in a production or warehouse environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and enterprise or production-related systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and client requirements
- Comfortable preparing routine reports and documentation
- Basic math skills and ability to apply common-sense reasoning to operational challenges
