Responsibilities
The Branch Supervisor directly supervises the staff and operations of a small branch, or may work with a Branch or District Manager to provide supervision of staff and operations at one or more locations in need of additional oversight. The Branch Supervisor coordinates specific branch goals with the Branch or District Manager, supervises branch personnel, ensures office compliance with operating policies and procedures, provides required periodic reports and may have lending authority. Works directly with staff to provide an optimal customer experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises the branch office and performs or delegates a variety of duties including oversight of branch service operations to include approval of transactional overrides; branch general ledger accounts; vault and drawer audits; approval of overdrafts; control of negotiable supplies; cash management, ordering and shipments; ATM balancing and maintenance; ensuring proper branch security measures are in place; preparation of regulatory, internal and operational reports; participation with audits of key branch functions
- Works with management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office; provides input to these objectives and to the manner in which performance will be measured and controlled
- Solicits new business from current and prospective customers; maintains ongoing business relationships with customers to optimize additional cross-selling opportunities

Responsibilities
A Branch Manager is responsible for meeting the financial service needs of customers while supervising assigned branch staff and adhering to required staffing levels. It is the Branch Manager's responsibility to ensure the Branch is in compliance with operating policy and procedures.
A Branch Manager 1 will normally manage a branch office having between $15MM and $24.9MM in combined loans and deposits (excluding commercial loans) and a staff of up to six (6) FTE employee. Level could also be impacted by related experience and/or mortgage lending capacity. This position will have consumer lending authority and may have SBL (Small Business Lending) responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Ensure assigned branch is properly staffed and staff is trained to meet customer sales and service needs as well as branch objectives
- Lead in the selection of new personnel
- Review employee performance throughout the probationary period and on a regularly scheduled basis thereafter
- Manage and maximize performance levels of staff members through schedules, distribution of assignments and regular feedback

Branch Sales Manager | Build & Lead Freight Brokerage

We’re looking for an experienced freight producer and business builder who wants the opportunity to grow their book, build a team, and ultimately lead a branch within a rapidly expanding national brokerage.
This role is built for someone who understands the brokerage business from the ground up and wants to turn production into leadership and scale a real operation.
You will start by running your desk and expanding your book of business, and as revenue grows, you will have the opportunity to recruit, build, and lead a team around your business.

What You’ll Do
This role starts hands-on: running loads, building your book of business, and strengthening carrier relationships. As you succeed, you’ll transition into a leadership role, leading a team and scaling a branch from the ground up.
- Business Development: Drive sales, win new clients, and expand your portfolio
- Operations Ownership: Manage shipments cradle-to-grave with autonomy and precision
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead your future operations team
- Financial Growth: Increase revenue, maximize margins, and own branch P&L performance
- Carrier Network Management: Leverage and expand your carrier relationships for capacity, pricing, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in freight brokerage sales (domestic ground transportation required)
- Proven success in cradle-to-grave brokerage sales
- Strong relationships that are transferable
- Entrepreneurial mindset—ready to grow and lead a branch
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience or ambition to build and manage a team
