Escrow Support Processor

Summary: 100% onsite Temp to perm and extension possibility Candidates should be centrally located to the company's office: Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities: Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows.

Relieve branch offices of high-volume paperwork in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Process a large volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.

Ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Work behind the scenes without direct communication with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders.

Overtime may be required during peak closing periods and month-end cycles based on business needs.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures.

Awareness of regulations governing the escrow process preferred.

1-2 years of escrow processing experience is nice to have.

Required Skills: Detail-oriented and accurate.

Flexible and self-motivated.

Strong decision-making abilities.
