This job is performed at Lake City Correctional Facility in Lake City, FL.$23.11 per hour.

Upon employment, training for non-certified correctional officers will be provided for the FDLE state certification. No experience required. Existing FDLE certified correctional officers is a plus!
Employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis and have the option to access up to 70% of their earned wages on demand, any day of the week.

The Correctional Officer performs routine duties in accordance with established policies,regulations and procedures to maintain order and provide for the security, care anddirect supervision of inmates/residents in housing units, at meals, during recreation, onwork assignments and during all other phases of activity in a correctional facility. Mayemploy weapons or force to maintain discipline and order.
- Responsible for maintaining order and security of inmates in a correctionalfacility.
- Able to work any shift, as you may be assigned to a variety of posts including, but not limited to, armory/key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc.
- CoreCivic recognizes your military service to qualify you for positions requiring criminal justice experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent required.
- Must be certified in the discipline of Corrections through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and in good standing; or must meet the FDLE eligibility guidelines and become a Certified Correctional Officer in accordancewith the process defined by subsection 1 1B-27.002 F.A.C.
- Once hired, must complete pre-service correctional officer training and, whereapplicable, be a non-commissioned security officer licensed by the state ofemployment.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Demonstrate the ability to complete any required training.
- Must be available to work any hours, any shift.
- Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

This position will provide Outpatient Physical Therapy services to patients in their home in Detroit Lakes, MN & Fosston, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, provide patient/caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
- Provide all ancillary/administrative requirements for a full caseload of patients, including documentation, billing, scheduling management, and other administrative duties
- Demonstrates appropriate communication, professionalism and supervision of support staff (licensed assistants, aides, volunteers)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
- Work closely with Essentia Health leadership and coordinate with referring physicians to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures and the code of conduct
- Meet professional organization core values, code of ethics, &/or scope of practice
- Work where the patient need is highest (including flexing to other departments) when home department schedule allows
- May serve as a clinical instructor, participate in department or therapy discipline committees, and complete credential/certification that would benefit patient care
Schedule is generally Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Can be flexible on schedule. No weekend, holiday or on-call requirements.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:- Current license in the state performing services
Homecare Departments:
- Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer
- BLS certified or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date
