Position Overview

As a Store Floor Lead at Sur La Table, you play a key role in the success of the retail store by inspiring customers throughout every stage of their culinary experience. In this leadership role, the Store Floor Lead supports the General Manager (GM) or Store Manager (SM) in achieving sales and operational goals. As a key driver of in-store performance, Store Floor Lead serves as the Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring smooth daily operations and always delivering a #bestincenter customer experience, a company-wide standard for excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).

Provides in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement. Communicate performance issues directly to the General Manager/Store Manager.

Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Operations & Compliance

Direct employees to ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and that the selling floor is adequately stocked and merchandised in accordance with visual standards.

Complete inventory transactions including, but not limited to, receiving, MOS (Mark Out of Stock), and RARs (Return Authorization Requests).

Adhere to applicable wage and hour laws. Accurately records time worked according to SLT Policy.

Models and ensures all Sur La Table policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are communicated effectively to associates, maintained, and consistently followed.

Physical Requirements

Ability to communicate verbally and work cooperatively with associates and customers.

Ability to remain standing for up to 4 hours at a time.

Ability to move about the store coaching and directing associates; selling to customers and retrieving merchandise from stockroom or sales floor.

A Brief Overview:
The purpose of this job is to educate physicians, other qualified billing providers, and ancillary staff on their documentation for all specialties and review providers progress notes, as needed, to ensure coding/billing compliance in accordance with coding rules, third party payor guidelines, governmental regulations, and MG's Coding Compliance Program. The Senior Analyst will conduct face-to-face summary review sessions to report findings to the Practice Manager, Provider audited, and/or Senior Management of the MG. The Senior Analyst, as a coding and billing expert, will assist all freestanding and provider-based outpatient departments with ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding education and billing regulation interpretation. They will also assist in conducting department presentations.

What you will do:

* Analyzes progress notes, op reports, pathology reports, encounter forms, explanation of benefits, patient insurance information, and various other health information documents for pro-fee coding and billing accuracy.
* Assigns appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to medical record documentation under review by applying physician specialty coding rules, third party payor guidelines, and Medicare Local Medical Review Policies.
* Assists Manager/Director with providing information to the physician or medical specialty based on the Office of Inspector General's (OIG) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) risk areas. Reads the OIG's Semi-Annual reports and the OIG'S/CMS's Annual Workplan, in addition to notifications published on government websites.

* Works with MG physicians or clinic personnel, HIRS, to interpret medical record documentation and/or documentation summary as necessary.

Our Primary Care Physicians are supported by large care teams so our providers can focus on delivering a better quality of care, rather than a volume of services.

Our value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes, drive low hospital admissions, deliver preventive medicine, and result in an unmatched patient experience.Role:Compensation: Base $220-$250K (wider range available depending on experience and location)Bonus: Based on quality metricsSchedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmPatient Volume: 13-16 a dayVisits: 20 min.
