The Transportation Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing our transportation process, working with 3PL carriers to get our product to retailers across the United States. Focusing on outbound shipments, the Transportation Logistics Analyst will trace, track, and record OTR-Over The Road shipments while focusing on ways to optimize the transportation process, create efficiencies, and reduce costs. Additional responsibilities include daily and weekly calls with 3PL carriers, create shipments through EDI/Electronic Data Interchange and SAP, analyze data, and run outbound transportation related reports.
Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, the Transportation Logistics Analyst will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience working in logistics, transportation carrier/freight industry or related logistics roles. Additionally, will possess advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Focus on outbound (OB) transportation with 3PL, OTR-Over The Road carriers
- Track orders and shipments
- Create shipments and transfers, review orders, review shipments, upload data in our EDI and SAP systems and review for errors
- Attend daily and weekly calls with 3PL carriers
- Run reports, analyze data, make recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of related experience in logistics, transportation carrier/freight industry, or related role

Compensation and Benefits
Target Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually

IR Techs use fluoroscopy (essentially real-time X-ray), specialized wires, stents and other tools to visualize the patient's condition in real time and also change what they see
What you will do:
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the radiographic / digital imaging equipment and table positioning as appropriate for safe patient care.
- Demonstrates ability to acquire images and send images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
- Demonstrates ability to communicate verbally and in written form (e.g. sticky notes) clearly and effectively with other members of the team.
- Transports patients to and from procedural area, admitting and recovery area, and other areas within the hospital as needed.
- Assists with patient transfer to and from procedure table and stretcher.
- Establishes and maintains ongoing communication with the physician operator throughout procedures to facilitate patient safety, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Demonstrates willingness to learn new procedures and coordinates in-service/education for other associates, as needed.

The Administrative Nursing Admission Coordinator has the primary responsibility of assigning bed placement for patients requiring admission to acute care and critical care units. This will include admissions from emergency departments, direct admits and inter-unit transfers. Surgical patients (in the case of add on procedures and/or changes to admission) as well as pediatrics, patients to CDU and admissions from outside facilities, will filter through this process. Chart review and/or calls to clarify bed criteria will be performed to assure appropriate bed placement. The Administrative Nursing Admission Coordinator collaborates with nursing, physicians, EVS, the nursing resource office and other facilities to define, reduce and eliminate barriers within the system which may impede patient flow.
