Compensation
The pay range for this position is $114,300 - $139,700 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex's comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). The successful candidate will perform advanced scientific work with supervisory laboratory analyses responsibility for water and soil pollution investigations including code enforcement. The position requires knowledge of analytical techniques related to the analyses of Nutrients, Organics and/or Metals using highly technical instrumentation to include Gas Chromatograph (GC), Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS), Ion Coupled Plasma Spectrometer (ICPMS) and/or Segmented Flow Analyzers depending on the assigned area. Experience conducting wet chemistry techniques including total suspended solids, pH and turbidity are desirable. Position Overview

COMPA Industries is seeking an experienced Work Control Planner 2 to support operations and maintenance planning activities at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). This role supports the execution plan of PF-4 glovebox installation and facility operations and requires the development and coordination of detailed work packages in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting DOE, nuclear, industrial, or highly regulated facility operations and will be responsible for planning and developing safe, executable work packages that support maintenance, modification, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review technical work packages, including labor, materials, time estimates, and safety requirements.
• Prepare step-by-step work instructions and procedures for operations, maintenance, and facility modifications.
• Plan work activities related to mechanical, electrical, chemical, or radiological systems within nuclear facilities.

Candidates will support radiological control activities, enforce compliance with federal regulations, and work closely with operations and safety teams. Level 4 candidates will serve in a more senior capacity, providing leadership and technical expertise.
