The successful candidate will join an established multidisciplinary team that includes specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, radiosurgery, hematology oncology, radiation oncology, neuroradiology and neuropathology.

What You'll Do
- Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
- Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals
- Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
- Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
- Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience working as a line cook
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, open kitchen environment
- Experience working in a fine dining or upscale establishment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient knife skills

We’re looking for friendly team players to cook delicious food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for our guests. Essential Functions for Kitchen Team Associates:
- Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests – Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food
- Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment, and may work at different positions – Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment.
Qualification:
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense

Principal Accountabilities
- Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues
- Supporting roles in the processing of beef
- General use of a knife or other tools
- Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product
- Ensuring food safety and quality
Required Qualifications
- Legal to work in the US without the need of a visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older

- Meat processing experience
