- Patient population consists of women ages 12 and up; no oncology cases
- Specializes in GYN procedures including hysterectomies (vaginal, abdominal, robotic, laparoscopic), laparoscopies, hysteroscopies, D&C, robotic procedures (endometriosis treatment, sacrocolpoexy, pelvic work), bladder slings, cystoscopies, bulkamid injections, interstims, exploratory laparotomy, cold knife cones, and LEEP procedures — including therapeutic abortions (TABs)
- 1:1 patient ratio
- Special equipment includes da Vinci robotic surgical system, Novasure, and Myosure
- EMR: Epic (also uses Pyxis and SBAR communication)
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

  • Background in consulting, internal transformation teams, process improvement, or continuous improvement functions
  • Exposure to engineered-to-order, custom product, manufacturing, or complex operational environments is helpful
  • Familiarity with tools and methods related to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, project leadership, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement
  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
  • Interest in artificial intelligence tools and how they can support better business processes is a plus
