JOB SUMMARY:

As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of any given project. Additionally, the Project Manager ensures budget and deadlines are met and consistent with project standards.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Create a Schedule of Values for our pay applications and submit to the General Contractor.
• Analyze the construction schedule and create a schedule for submittals, material ordering and estimated field labor durations & project completion.
• Create submittals for doors, frames and hardware from architectural plans and specification.
• Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFI’s, PC’s, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
• Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
• Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
• Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
• Actively pursue contractual “Change Orders” from “price and proceed” CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
• Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.
• Other job duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Source prospective clients through internet research, social media, sales leads, and networking.
• Delivering creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to solve our clients’ business needs.
• Developing and fostering true genuine in-person relationships with our clients while becoming their go-to expert within our industry, whether it be in the technical or finance & accounting field.
• Conduct in-person client visits.
• Gain awareness regarding customer vision, strategy, goals, and needs.
• Deliver in-person presentations to key stakeholders in a consultative and engaging approach.
• Participate in in-person customer and networking events, business meetups, and social events.
• Develop and foster a network, track, and communicate market trends and lead effective strategies.
• Create and lead execution of sales for both existing customers and new business.
• Partnering with organizations to best understand their industry's distinct needs.
• Overseeing the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs.
• Monitoring and ensuring client satisfaction.

• 2-4 years of relevant sales, staffing, or B2B sales experience.

• Competitive base salary + uncapped monthly commission.

• Conduct thorough hardware security assessments and provide actionable insights.
• Design, test, and analyze circuit designs and PCB layouts with an eye on security.
• Develop and implement secure boot solutions and cryptography measures.
• Collaborate with third-party manufacturers to update and secure device designs.
• Utilize common electronics test equipment for testing, debugging, or hacking hardware.

• 5+ years of experience in hardware security, embedded systems security, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• hands-on experience with common test equipment: Oscilloscopes, multimeters, microscopes, logic analyzers, soldering

• Experience with manufacturing security processes, including secrets provisioning and secure production flows, is highly desirable.
• Previous work in a team environment focusing on hardware security for telecom or consumer electronics industries.

• Develop advanced control systems for robotics, including PLC and HMI applications.
• Integrate components such as drives, barcode readers, and remote sensors into comprehensive systems.
• Employ proficiency in multiple IEC 61131-3 languages for diverse project needs.
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting, focusing on industrial networks like Ethercat, Ethernet/IP, Profibus/Profinet.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy robotics workcells and improve deployment methodologies.

• In-depth experience with PLC and HMI application development.
• Proficiency in multiple IEC 61131-3 languages.
• Understanding of basic network troubleshooting, especially in industrial environments.

• Experience in robotics or automated systems engineering, preferably with a focus on controls systems and integration. A background in deploying or managing machines in large-scale, geographically diverse environments is highly advantageous.

• Enhance KPOP test infrastructure and test coverage.
