Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

IR Technologist (Interventional Radiology) - IR Tech
/n/n
Job Details:
/n
• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
/n• Possible Saturday shifts as needed
/n• No call requirements
/n• Handle 5-10 cases per day in interventional radiology setting
/n• Work in 2 general IR suites, 1 spine IR room, and 2 neuro endo suites
/n• Level I trauma experience required
/n• Required certifications: ARRT (R), Arizona license MRTBE-CRT, BLS Certification
/n• VI certificate is a plus but not required
/n• Scrub experience preferred
/n• Use Cerner EMR system and DR (PACS)
/n• Perform procedures including GI/GJ tubes, ports, angios, lumbar punctures, myelograms, nephrostomy tubes, stents, IVC filters, and blood patches
/n• Neuro experience preferred for endovascular procedures, embolizations, stents, and stroke treatment
/n• Work with Philips Allera equipment and Medrad injector
/n• RT scrubs with MD during sedation cases with 2 RNs present
/n• No floating outside of radiology department
/n• Manager interview required
