The Registered Nurse in Home Health provides and directs provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. * Instructs and assists patient to perform various physical activities and in use of assistive and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
* Instructs patient and family in treatment procedures.

Education & Experience

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.

Licensure & Certifications
