Position SummaryThe Nursing Home Certified Nurse Assistant position brings quality of care to all residents and families by following guidelines, policy, and procedures set up through our skilled nursing facility. Treatment Center Director/Program Director
MedMark Treatment Centers is looking for an accountable, process oriented and efficient leader of operations for our Opiate Treatment Program. A great Treatment Center Director leads a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff to understand the needs of patients undergoing treatment for opioid addiction while maintaining responsibility for daily operations and performance of the clinic.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation & performance of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic
Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results
Participates in the interviewing, hiring, training of clinic staff
Evaluates, manages, counsels and terminates subordinate personnel
Provides direction to clinic personnel and relays corporate mandates, goals and objectives to field personnel
Works closely with staff via regular supervision to ensure the completion of performance goals
Communicates with and insures compliance with the various regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.); manages preparation of various federal, state & local applications, filings, licensure, permits, approvals, etc.

Participates in political activities to keep company connected within appropriate circles such as local government board meetings, MTP advisory board meetings, city/county administrator meetings, ADAA meetings, etc.
Leads effort to identify, hire & train personnel with cultural diversity to meet the future clinic needs based on patient demographics - identifies cultural community leaders and networks
Participation in the overall Company Performance Improvement Process
Familiar with standards required by Board of Health, OSHA, etc. and the application of such
Assists as requested with marketing programs & literature development

Qualifications:
Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
Bachelor's degree (in business administration or related) from an accredited college or university
Understanding of clinic operations, with significant amount of time working in the field of substance abuse
Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations
Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
Strategic thinker to be able to recommend alternative solutions, execute and monitor
Self-starter, able to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company

- Attempt to resolve any customer concerns or seek the appropriate management contact to assist.
- Plan and coordinate known appointments that will be arriving the next day.
- Answering service calls and following up in a timely manner.
- Review all monthly specials, learn current service menus and review sublet vendor services.
- Maintain department and customers service files and review for accuracy before sending to final scanning.
- Determine and discuss alternate transportation needs with customers.
- Greet customers, obtain and verify customer information and vehicle data, retrieve service history and follow the service consultant process manual.
- Process after hours drop off vehicles and towed in vehicles.

- Obtain customers signature on all repair orders, document agreements, and credit card payment slips.
- Check on progress of each repair order throughout the day and keep customer informed of any status changes. Record any agreed upon changes on the repair order.
- Review all repair orders and verify that parts are billed out on appropriate lines and that all customer and warranty items have been billed and coded.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction inquiry score above national average.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform while performing job duties or away at training.

This OBGYN Generalist/Hospitalist Physician will:
- Provide high-quality care in a supportive team-based structure

- Provide care in our outpatient OBGYN ambulatory care clinics
- Participate in departmental meetings and teaching conferences
- Engage in continuous education and training, staying current with the latest advancements in OBGYN practices and technologies
- Contribute to the teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and participate in quality improvement and research projects as applicable

The Imaging Center at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a Fellowship trained MSK Radiologist to join our practice. We are expanding our team to support services at Mercy’s various locations in Baltimore, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties, in addition to our Downtown Baltimore location.
