What you bring:

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the EVP of Supply Chain, the Director of Supply Chain Data Science & Analytics serves as a strategic partner across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Operations, Sourcing and Procurement.
This role leads the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain analytics, systems, and data strategies that enable informed decision-making across sourcing, procurement, inventory, and service. Acting as a central leader, this position drives visibility, alignment, and performance across the supply chain to achieve service, cost, and working capital objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Regional Director, Installation Services, our Operations Manager, Installation Services oversees the entirety of their branch’s installation program. The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the branch installation process. This includes overseeing the profitability, pipeline management, inventory efficiency, expense control, staff development as well as hyper focus on the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business’s growth strategy. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Develop and manage the branch operational plan that meets the company’s goals and objectives.
Manage the day-to-day activities that are required to maintain operations in a branch
Assisting in improving and achieving production adherence to schedule by monitoring daily production downtime and operations efficiency, troubleshooting process and equipment operability issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets; recommend, implement, and monitor actions to increase revenue generation and profitability
Manage branch expenditures within budget guidelines
Analytically review branch data and information; provide and execute on solutions when needed

At least 7 years of service industry experience
At least 4 years of progressive leadership experience
At least 3 years experience in managing the financials of a branch/P&L
Driving record that meets company’s insurance standards
Experience with service and installation programming preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with service and installation management or related field
Ability to accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques
Previous work experience recruiting independent contractors
High proficiency-level in Microsoft Office Suite
Expertise in CRMs; Salesforce or MS Dynamics experience a plus

POSITION: SENIOR MANAGER ALLOCATION
BRICK EXECUTIVE SEARCH is Partnered with a fast-growing, digitally driven fashion retailer with a boutique-style store model. Each location has unique customer needs, product preferences, and capacity constraints. As we scale nationally, we are elevating our allocation function to ensure the right product reaches the right stores at the right time while balancing nuance, speed, and operational excellence.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chicago.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Store Allocation to lead company-wide allocation strategy and manage our Store Allocation team of three planners. This leader will design the future-state allocation model while navigating fast fashion realities such as high SKU count, heavy newness flow, and varied store footprints from 4,000 to 30,000 selling square feet with minimal backroom space.
A major responsibility is to own the rollout and integration of a new AI-enabled allocation tool. You will shape allocation workflows that combine AI-driven recommendations with strong business judgment, refine manual processes, and improve how inventory moves across our fleet of uniquely different stores.
This is a highly analytical, cross-functional, and leadership-driven role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building effective processes.
What You Will Do
1. Lead Company-Wide Allocation Strategy
- Own end-to-end allocation philosophy and build a model that respects store nuance while supporting fleet growth.
- Define how inventory flows pre-season, in-season, and post-season, balancing speed, accuracy, and capacity constraints.
- Identify which store differences matter most for allocation and where processes can be streamlined for scale.
- Shape allocation logic that supports heavy newness, minimal replenishment, and fast product lifecycles.
2. Build Systems, Processes and AI-Enabled Workflows
- Lead implementation and adoption of the new AI allocation tool and guide the team on how to use it effectively.
- Redesign manual workflows including Excel tools, decision frameworks, and weekly replenishment routines.
- Develop guidelines for store-to-store transfers and teach the team how to identify and recommend them.
- Create processes that support just-in-time allocation for stores with limited storage space.
3. Drive Weekly Execution and Inventory Optimization
- Oversee weekly allocations and replenishment across all categories and ensure stores receive product on time and in the right quantities.
- Recommend inventory levels and category mix for new store openings based on capacity, productivity benchmarks, and assortment goals.
- Monitor store performance, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust allocations as needed.
- Monitor allocation and system performance, identify potential issues, and elevate them with clear explanation and supporting examples to Merch Ops and IT.
4. Lead, Coach and Develop the Allocation Team
- Manage and develop a junior team of three category allocators.
- Set KPIs, establish processes, and provide clear expectations and weekly structure.
- Build analytical capability and strengthen decision making across the team.
- Create a positive, calm, and professional team culture that balances urgency with thoughtful execution.

Role Overview
TYR is scaling its global digital business and rebuilding the customer experience to support accelerated growth. The UX/UI E-Commerce Designer will own the on-site experience that turns traffic into revenue through a structured hierarchy, mobile-first UX, high-performing PDP and PLP architecture, and disciplined conversion rate optimization.
This is not a brand-only design role. This is a performance-driven operator role with measurable outcomes tied directly to conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, site speed, funnel completion, and revenue expansion.
The right candidate understands that design is a growth lever. Every decision should connect to commercial impact.
What You’ll Own
Site Experience & Hierarchy
- Own UX across homepage, navigation, search, PLP, PDP, cart, and checkout.
- Build and maintain a scalable category and collection hierarchy aligned with growth priorities (footwear-led where appropriate).
- Improve product discovery, filtering, and sorting logic.
- Reduce friction across key customer journeys (new visitors, returning customers, and high-intent shoppers).
- Lead mobile-first design strategy with structured performance measurement.
Shopify Plus Execution (Required)
- Proven hands-on experience working within Shopify Plus.
- Deep understanding of Shopify theme architecture and modular component design.
- Ability to design scalable templates and reusable content blocks.
- Familiarity with Shopify checkout extensibility and app ecosystem.
- Partner closely with developers to ship UX improvements rapidly and cleanly.
- Understand international storefront considerations and localization impact.
- Shopify Plus experience is required.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Maintain an always-on CRO roadmap (hypothesis → design → test → measure → iterate).
- Design and support structured A/B tests and landing page experiments.
- Improve add-to-cart rate, checkout progression, and funnel completion.
- Build modular design systems that allow fast iteration and rapid testing.
- Prioritize initiatives based on projected revenue impact.
PDP / PLP Merchandising & Content-to-Commerce
- Create high-converting PDP templates including proof modules, comparison tools, UGC integration, reviews, specs, and fit guidance.
- Elevate product storytelling to clearly communicate performance differentiation.
- Improve PLP merchandising (filters, badges, sorting logic, quick add, bundle prompts).
- Partner with Marketing and Creative to ensure campaign pages convert — not just present brand messaging.
- Drive AOV growth through structured cross-sell, bundling, and merchandising placement strategy.
Performance & Behavioral Analytics
- Use behavioral analytics platforms (heatmaps, scroll depth, session replay, journey analysis) to identify friction points.
- Translate behavioral data into structured UX improvements.
- Maintain a simple, clear performance scorecard tied to conversion, AOV, bounce rate, and engagement.
- Collaborate with Engineering on page speed, accessibility, and UX performance standards.
AI & Emerging Technology (Crucial)
- Strong understanding of AI-powered design and productivity tools.
- Experience leveraging AI for rapid prototyping, workflow acceleration, content generation, and personalization concepts.
- Ability to evaluate AI-driven search, recommendation, and merchandising tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Superior customer engagement is a core mandate of this role. The UX/UI E-Commerce Designer must deeply understand how content influences purchasing behavior and how to curate experiences that guide customers seamlessly from inspiration to transaction.
This role requires strong expertise in content-to-commerce integration, ensuring storytelling, performance messaging, product education, and user-generated content are intentionally structured to drive engagement and conversion.
- Design highly engaging, immersive product journeys that increase time on site and deepen brand connection.
