Overview
We are seeking a senior, client-facing leader to manage and grow one of K2View’s most strategic customers. This role blends the customer advocacy and adoption focus with the executive engagement and account ownership responsibilities. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for guiding adoption, driving executive relationships, and shaping a long-term growth strategy across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary executive sponsor and trusted advisor for 1–2 strategic accounts.
- Own the long-term account strategy: map stakeholders, define success plans, and align K2view with the customer’s digital transformation journey.
- Drive account expansion through identifying new use cases, cross-selling additional solutions, and expanding across lines of business.
- Build C-level relationships and lead executive business reviews that demonstrate measurable ROI and business impact.
- Coordinate across K2view’s COE, Support, and Product teams to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and continuous value delivery.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing K2view product roadmap and strategic priorities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast for account growth, ensuring predictable revenue delivery.
- Negotiate multi-year agreements and complex enterprise deals.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles, including at least 7 years working with executive stakeholders at Fortune 100 companies.
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts with multi-million-dollar annual revenue impact.
- Strong track record of expanding within a single customer, ideally in telecom, financial services, retail, or other data-intensive industries.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives, procurement, and IT leaders simultaneously.
- Experience with data management, data integration, SaaS, or enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
- Exceptional account planning, relationship management, and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.

- Ability to calculate RPM based on SFM.

- High attention to detail, capable of maintaining tight tolerances.
- Advanced knowledge of shop mathematics, including trigonometry.
- Strong ability to interpret and understand complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Miller Electric, an ITW company, is looking for a Youth Apprentice to join our Machine Shop Department in the Components Division in Appleton, Wisconsin! This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience while working alongside skilled machinists. As a Youth Apprentice, you'll assist with various support tasks in the Machine Shop while learning valuable skills in a team-oriented environment. We're looking for a motivated team player with a great attitude who's eager to learn and grow.
This is a fast-paced position operating multiple machines simultaneously on the shift. Position requires ordering own material and scheduling production runs. Willing to work overtime and help other areas of the department to meet production demands.
Essential Functions:
- Set up and operate machines within the cell
- Know inspection tools and how to use
- Know how to order material and tooling
- Know how to ship material
- Know how to receive orders (Kanban, line stock, etc.)
Qualifications
- Must be a high school Junior or Senior
- 1 year of experience with mathematics, blueprints and measuring devices preferred
- Must be able to do set-ups
- Must have the ability to comprehend and perform SPC charting and make adjustments on machines to meet print specifications
- Position requires a team player, a self-starter with good communication skills

Perform all quality checks according to Manufacturing Inspection Instructions (MII) and quality specifications sheets.

Qualifications:
Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to work 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with occasional overtime, no greater than 12 hours per day; occasional Saturdays may be required.
6+ months of assembly manufacturing experience required.
Must be able to perform basic math (adding and subtraction).
Must be able to recognize and identify parts, problems, and offer solution.
Must be able to complete supplemental training (i.e. technical math, basic computer skills, basic measuring skills, etc.)
Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
