Objectives of this role
A Rigger is responsible for the production of assemblies that are used all over the world in nearly every level of manufacturing. They will learn how to accurately identify different diameters, constructions, and best possible applications for an array of products that are utilized in industries like construction, energy, mining, crane operation, space and aeronautical, deep-sea recovery and rescue. Working closely with experienced staff and learning on the job skills with years of proven quality and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble various lifting and rigging products including slings (nylon, polyester), wire ropes, lifting devices, rigging hardware, sling protection solutions, hoists, synthetic ropes, and tie-down equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
- Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fabricating equipment and tools.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure availability for customer orders.
- Review, interpret drawings and blueprints and capacity tables.
- Understand codes and specifications as outlined on order tickets
- Calculate wire rope cut lengths, fitting requirements and identify the appropriate equipment to produce all varieties of wire rope and chain assemblies
- Splicing wire robe and fabricating chain slings
- Understanding and operation of industrial swaging machines, proof testing machines, and forklifts (Training is provided)
- Attach proper tags and labels to products
- Report defective or substandard material supplies or product
- Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner, and follow all Safety Guidelines
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in fabricating and distributing lifting and rigging equipment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Expertise in fabricating various types of slings (nylon, polyester, wire rope), wire ropes, lifting devices, rigging hardware, sling protection solutions, hoists, synthetic ropes, and tie-down equipment.
- Strong understanding of materials used in lifting and rigging applications and their respective properties.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to lifting and rigging equipment.

Description:
You will be the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication) for the team which is responsible for soldering, final bench assembling, and continuity checking aircraft electrical radio and radar assemblies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication), you will be responsible for setting up and operating automated wire processing machines to number, cut, strip, lug, and otherwise process wire for use in electrical parts, assemblies, and accessories.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling and wiring completely aircraft electrical, radio, and radar units such as main junction and terminal boxes, main engine disconnect plug, main control, switch panels, radio panels, and instrument panels
- Completing hookup of wiring, flexes, and cables, and troubleshooting electrical and radio assemblies having multiple interconnected units and accessories
- Forming and running harnesses, breaking out and terminating wiring to terminal points where wire routing and location of electrical units and accessories are established by jig board layouts
- Making continuity checks (including necessary operation) of above assemblies and harnesses as required, and selling same to inspection
- Fabricating completely hi-voltage radio and radar cables that require the soldering of multiple wires, shields, tubes, connectors, pins, washers, spacers, and cores

A trainee will receive college credit towards their Associate of Applied Science degree at NSCC, MECC or VHCC if they are a current student in the program. Job Description/Responsibilities- Will develop knowledge and skills in the following techniques: Oxy-fuel welding and brazing, Flux-Core Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) (MIG), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) (TIG), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
- May operate various types of metal shop equipment with proper training and supervision such as brakes, shears, rolls, positioners, band saws, cranes, etc.

- 0–2 years of construction, technician, or trade experience (data center experience is a plus)
- U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizen, 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Comfortable working at heights, around noise, and in temperatures from 0–100°F+
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills

Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee internal operations and provide leadership across estimating, project management, detailing coordination, and fabrication planning. This role will work closely with ownership and serve as a senior client-facing representative with general contractors and developers.
This is a key leadership role for an individual with strong experience in the structural steel or miscellaneous metals fabrication industry who can bring operational discipline, leadership, and strategic oversight to a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of daily operations including estimating, project management, detailing coordination, and fabrication planning
- Lead and mentor department managers and office staff
- Review major bids and estimates to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and risk management
- Monitor project pipeline, backlog, scheduling, and overall operational performance
- Work with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Develop and improve operational systems, reporting, and internal processes
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients including general contractors and developers
- Support ownership in strategic planning, operational improvements, and company growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience within structural steel or miscellaneous metals fabrication
- Strong understanding of estimating, detailing coordination, project management, and fabrication workflows
- Experience overseeing operations for companies with $20M+ annual revenue
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Preferred
- Background as an Operations Director, General Manager, or senior project executive in a fabrication environment
- Track record of improving operational efficiency and organizational structure
