Loloi Rugs is seeking a full-time Planning & Inventory Coordinator. In this position, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and inventory team which manages thousands of SKUs in total. The ideal candidate pays close attention to accuracy, is familiar with data entry, and is a strong communicator.

This position reports to our Director, Planning and Inventory Management, and at times works directly with leadership. This role is based in our Dallas, TX headquarters and is onsite 5 days a week. Responsibilities

• Manages purchase order entries
• Communicates with manufacturers and cross functional teams on packaging details

The Logistics Coordinator will be involved in both inbound and outbound logistics in a supporting role of the team that is in place today. The role will be involved with inbound freight bookings and related costs, including tracking tariff expenses related to international inbound shipments.

Outbound logistics involved both domestic and international shipping based on carrier rates and customer carrier preferences. A knowledge of typical freight terms and contracts is preferred.

Monthly spend analysis is necessary for expense reporting to leadership. This requires assimilation of data from multiple sources and synthesizing the data so that the output to leadership is concise, yet informative.

Responsibilities

• Work with department leadership to track inbound freight spending related to ocean, air, drayage, and duty/tariff cost
• Review inbound freight invoices for accuracy – invoice reviews will include emails, invoice files, and the COUPA purchasing system
• Develop inbound freight reporting
• Schedule outbound freight pickups and/or obtain freight rates while working with customer service team members and distribution shipping team members
• Perform Freight company invoice audits
• Carrier performance reporting
• Attend logistics planning meetings with supply chain partners
• Analyze carrier rates and transit times to select the best shipping method

Responsibilities

Technical Execution

Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements

This role will partner with the VP of Planning and Inventory Management to maximize sales, profitability, and optimize inventory levels to support our multiple category channels. Loloi Rugs is seeking an Associate Textile Product Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the textiles industry. This creative role focuses on developing original designs for area rugs, accent rugs, and scatter rugs, and collaborating with factories to translate those designs into floorcoverings and physical samples. The position requires consistent communication with factories as well as coordination with both internal and external partners.

In addition to sample development, the designer will gain a strong understanding of floorcovering constructions and cost structures, while also executing select design projects independently and confidentially.

• Follow guidance to produce original CAD artwork, incorporating specified color schemes.

Joon Loloi is seeking a full-time Inventory Planner. In this position, you’ll be responsible for forecasting and planning inventory for multiple textile and hard home categories—thousands of SKUs in total. The ideal candidate can analyze a breadth of data, factoring elements like trends, product lifecycles, minimum order quantities, lead times, timing, warehouse capacity, and more to forecast and plan inventory.

This position reports to our Director, Planning and Inventory Management, and at times works directly with leadership. This role is based in our Dallas, TX headquarters and is onsite 5 days a week. If you’re someone who enjoys the challenge of maintaining optimal inventory levels and timing within a fast-growing company, this is an ideal position for you.

Responsibilities

• Determine proper inventory levels and re-order orders down to the SKU level based on selling trends.
• Evaluate in-stock position across categories and communicate to cross-functional partners on opportunities.
• Partner with the Director of Planning and Inventory Management on evolving planning model/ system for continual inventory management process improvement.
• Oversee purchase orders with our manufacturers and effectively communicate and follow up on timing expectations.
