The R&D Technologist will play a key role in advancing innovation within a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supporting research initiatives, developing new product formulations, and improving existing products to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost performance.

This position is responsible for analysis, research, development and delivery of manufacturing processes and technical launch training with on-site support to OEM vehicle assembly plants in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Roles and responsibilities include:
• Provide on-site training and support at each of the OEM vehicle assembly plants
• Instruct and consult plant process and repair personnel to improve their understanding of the vehicle and its highly intricate and interconnected systems and subsystems
• Present and demonstrate efficient and effective methods of diagnosing and correcting vehicle assembly, vehicle electrical systems and sub-system deficiencies
• Conduct root cause analysis to accurately identify the cause(s) of assembly and vehicle deficiencies

ABOUT THE ROLE

Talent Development Programs
• Partner with the Talent Development and Learning Manager to create, develop and deliver leadership development, targeted development, learning, functional training, and compliance initiatives.
• Create on demand learning paths and highlight soft skills programs that align with competencies, and compliment specific business goals.
• Track participant engagement, attendance, and develop plans for actionable feedback.
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
• Gather and process prework and logistics for onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continue evolving onboarding content.
• Complete badging process
Learning Technology & Systems Administration
• Troubleshoot LMS issues, manage enrollments.
• Provide user support and promote LMS engagement on Drive Online.
• Analyze data to inform future training strategies.
• Compile training metrics and create dashboards to evaluate effectiveness.
Content Development & Instructional Design
• Develop and update learning materials using tools like Articulate, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Create micro learnings and digital assets, job aids, and toolkits.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
Program Delivery & Support
• Coordinate all aspects of training delivery: communications, materials, logistics, and technology.
• Coordinate the administration and tracking of 360 feedback for leaders.
• Serve as the primary contact for learners and facilitators.
• Ensure completion of prerequisites and prework.
• Support ad-hoc learning and participate in designated HR team projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years experience in learning and development experience, career development, adult learning theory, and growth mindset concepts
• 7-10 years of program management experience
• 7-10 years effectively developing curriculum development, facilitation, and program management
• 7 – 10 years experience with 360 assessments, certification preferred
• 5 - 7 years experience with talent development technologies including Adobe Suite, AI productivity tools, and content creation platforms.
• Strong collaborative teamwork yielding strong internal programs
• Work ethic demonstrating accountability, creativity, self-discipline and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills and influencing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS platforms, SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Data literacy with the ability to analyze and visualize data enabling data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified facilitator in either, DiSC, EQi, Gallup
• Familiarity with job frameworks, and competency models.
• HR Generalist or Business Partner experience is a plus
• German language skills are a plus

Position Overview:
Always Alpha is seeking motivated, curious and entrepreneurial Summer Interns to support Business Development, Events and Cross-Media strategic initiatives during a critical growth phase.
This is a high-impact, hands-on internship designed for candidates interested in women’s sports, evolving media, brand partnerships and entrepreneurship. Interns will work closely with senior leadership and talent managers, contributing directly to revenue-generating initiatives, event strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project
- Lead concepting, development and execution of key strategic summer-long projects culminating in final team presentations to leadership
Business Development & Sales Support
- Assist in building, maintaining and tracking sales opportunities, partnership pipelines and active conversations
- Research and identify brand partners aligned with major cultural and sports moments
- Support outbound pitching efforts, proposal development and follow-ups
Events & Corporate Hospitality
- Support planning and development of events and corporate hospitality experiences
- Assist with guest list curation, brand research and pitch materials
- Support development of event concepts tied to cultural moments (US Open, WNBA All Star, NWSL Finals, etc.)
- Provide execution support before and during key events
Media & Content Growth
- Assist with content planning and calendars across social, digital and emerging media
- Research women’s sports creators, media opportunities and platform trends
- Support growth experiments and audience-building initiatives

The Senior NPD Specialist supports the onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency of nursing staff while cultivating a culture of continuous learning and excellence in practice.

* Uses the educational design process to bridge the knowledge, skills and practice gaps identified through needs assessment.
