Summary of Duties

This position is responsible for providing both administrative and clinical support to ensure the smooth operation of a medical practice and the highest level of care for patients. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Registered Nurse
- OR Circulator role, you must meet the following qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.

2.

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.

3.

A minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience, with a strong preference for experience in orthopedics.

4.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

5.

Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.

6.

Demonstrated ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

7.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

8.

Proficient in the use of medical software and equipment.

9.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

10.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
