*Keep area clean.

Perform duties to supply dies and die components, in good operational condition, to foundry in accordance with production needs.
- Prepare die kits consisting of dies, covers, bolts, etc. in accordance with job routing and die safety standards, based on scheduled foundry production needs. Remove dies and related components from storage maintaining proper records as to inventory and die movement. Maintain Die Services storage and holding areas in orderly condition.
- Inspect dies and related equipment for dimensional and general condition. Record findings and recommend repairs. Assist in shot blasting and die repair duties.
- Move and deliver dies and die kits to foundries using various forklift trucks and lifting equipment.
- Inspect, clean and spray dies with protective coating upon return from foundry. Return dies to storage, updating inventory records.
- Assist and instruct new employees.

Position Description:
The Assistant General Counsel will report to, support, and provide legal advice to the company’s General Counsel, Senior General Counsel, the company’s General Partner, and company employees. The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of different legal documents, ranging from construction materials supply contracts to real estate leases and purchase agreements. The Assistant General Counsel will also be responsible for ensuring company compliance with regulatory entities, and minimizing legal risk relating to claims, disputes, litigation, and personnel matters. A variety of other legal and non-legal tasks and responsibilities will be assigned to the Assistant General Counsel based on abilities and changing company needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Undergraduate degree, and a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school.
· Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas or State of New Mexico. If not licensed to practice law in both states, the Assistant General Counsel would be required to become licensed in the second state within six months of employment.
· At least five years of legal practice experience, either working for a private law firm or as in-house counsel. Experience in some of the following areas is essential: construction transactions; real estate transactions; regulatory compliance; commercial transactions.
· Experience in construction litigation or labor and employment law would be preferred but is not required.
· Ability to understand and interpret surveys and plat maps.
· Ability to identify business and compliance issues and opportunities quickly and accurately, and then creating and deploying appropriate plans of action.
· Possess a strong understanding of both legal and business confidentiality considerations.
· Knowledge of the West Texas and Southern New Mexico construction industry, and construction field experience, would be beneficial.
· Ability to balance and differentiate between legal concerns and business concerns.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to details
· Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
· Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
· Valid Driver’s License is required.

· Conducting audits and inspections of company facilities to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
· Conducting regular risk assessments across all operations, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing mitigation plans to minimize exposure. Collaborating with other departments to implement best practices for risk reduction.
· Researching, evaluating and recommending changes to operations to improve the company’s safety performance

Qualifications:

· Prior managerial experience
· Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation is preferred.
· Knowledge of OSHA regulations, inspections and investigations. Preferred to have OSHA “Train the Trainer” certification.
· Knowledge of MSHA regulations, inspections and investigations is preferred.
· Bilingual skills are preferred.

Position Summary
The primary function of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies along with Federal and State regulations and delivers all freight undamaged. Work as a team player to deliver, load/unload materials while providing a world class customer service experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operation. Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload products at commercial and residential job sites. Deliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around you.
- Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations.
- Must report all accidents involving driver or company equipment. Stamina to lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unload. Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid commercial drivers license (CDL).
- Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferred
- Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Must have overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations. Core Competencies: Strive to do the right thing by displaying trust and integrity. Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position while driving a commercial vehicle 40% of the time.
- Must be able to lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for loading/unloading.
- Frequently moves materials weighing up to 80 lbs. while unloading flatbed. Will constantly move from unloading materials from commercial motor vehicle onto job site. Will constantly operate commercial motor vehicle and/or boom vehicle. Will constantly position self to unload materials from flatbed or boom.
- Must be able to judge distance while delivering materials and/or operating boom.
- Must be able to communicate with management and coworkers and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Constantly working in outside environment while making deliveries.

We are actively recruiting a Strategic Partnerships Manager for our Optical Interconnect program in the Photonics Platforms Business (PPB).
PPB is a rapidly growing business within Applied Materials. We are harnessing the power of Applied Material’s world-leading material science and nano-fabrication capabilities to enable the next generation of Optical Interconnects for AI Data Centers.
The purpose of the Strategic Partnerships Manager role is to develop and nurture deep engagements with our most important partners.
Experience in the Photonics industry is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop deep long term partner relationships.
- Negotiate and own joint development agreements and programs.
- Scope and coordinate partner project plans and Statements of Work, in tight collaboration with engineering
- Team with the Engineering, Technical Project Management, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain groups.
- Ensure execution to your commitments
- Transition Joint Development programs into long term supply arrangement together with the Supply Chain team.
- Shape partner and internal roadmaps.
- Keep up to date on the industry ecosystem, and educate the management team on changes, and what they mean.
Key skills and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical discipline. MBA a plus
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and questioning to really understand what partners bring to us, and what they need from us
- Fluent English language and experience communicating with people from different countries on the phone and in-person
