Position Responsibilities:
Perform various duties using hand or power tools, including staking, filing, trimming, sawing, buffing, drilling, sanding, and filling to facilitate assigned tasks.
Sort, count, wrap, unwrap, and clean parts, tools, assemblies, or equipment as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas by sweeping, cleaning, and picking up materials and parts.
Move, pack, and unpack boxes, materials, parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Apply identification numbers or letters (part marks) to parts, materials, or assemblies using various marking methods (e.g., steel, rubber, electro-etch).
Rack and unrack tubes and materials, applying dust caps and seals, and verifying configuration discrepancies against samples.
Assist higher classification employees with mechanical and paint duties, including filling pots, moving lifts, and setting up/removing painting equipment.
Maintain surveillance in paint and assembly areas, ensuring safety procedures are followed and assisting incapacitated employees as needed.
Perform masking processes, including applying masking tape and protective materials to parts in preparation for painting or plating operations.
Finish contoured and flat surfaces to required specifications using abrasive materials prior to and after painting, including hand touch-ups.
Clean and service paint spray application equipment, including tanks, brushes, and hoses, after use.
Review Work Orders (WOs) and drawings to determine work requirements and obtain necessary tools and specifications using online computing equipment.
Operate and maintain the video jet marking machine, ensuring proper fluid levels and cleanliness of heads.
Assist in the anodizing process by loading and unloading detail parts on/off the load bar and performing low-pressure tests on tubing.
Count, load, and protective wrap finished production parts for shipment to the next operation, and log completed jobs into the Decac MRM system.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.

Specific Responsibilities:
- With minimum assistance from Lead, the operator will perform all standard set up within standard time on router; operating, troubleshooting, and machine service as required.
- Adjust machining parts, tooling, including sharpening tools on surface grinders or pedestal grinders.

This off-shift position is located within our Plant 3 – Whitehall Casting Operation and will direct and motivate the manufacturing work force to produce products of high quality in the most efficient and safe manner and ensure that scheduling meets business and customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Supervises an effective team; includes planning and holding meetings, preparing and conducting performance appraisals as appropriate, managing staffing levels (including vacations, overtime, and leaves of absences), assisting with career development (motivates, coaches, and trains to acquire maximum quality, productivity, morale, and cooperation), approving time and attendance, and prioritizing and making work assignments.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with TPM, Synchronous Mfg., and Kaizen Concepts.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, have good team building skills, excellent people skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, technically oriented.
- Must be energetic and a self-starter, able to promote and implement change, have good PC skills, good telephone skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere.

Looking for engineers to develop small gas turbine engines. Our goal is to provide energy dense designs that deliver performance according to program inputs. There are multiple engineering positions available. We are looking for those who want to contribute to the team and take ownership in getting the job done. Specifically, for the Senior Design Engineer role, we are looking for an experienced turbomachinery designer who will own the engine designs from clean sheet to production, support test rig designs and who will work closely with our manufacturing team. Responsibilities:
- Support engine development from cradle to grave.
- Join a world class team to deliver propulsion at scale.
- Creation of 3D geometry and entire rotating assemblies for engine components.
- Optimize designs for thrust to weight ratio and for DFx.
- Conduct structural analysis, fatigue modeling and life estimation as needed.
- Iterate with other engineers and manufacturing to optimize systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in gas turbine design, jet engine. development, or high-speed rotating machinery.
- Experience in rotating assembly and static structure design.
- Experience with the relevant materials, alloys, and manufacturing methods to produce turbomachinery designs.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, CREO, CATIA, Onshape, Fusion 360 or Polyworks.
- Familiarity and experience working in Teamcenter or Windchill is strongly desired.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment is a must.
Preferred Experience:
- Working specially with jet turbines, UAS and directly relevant programs.
- Hands on experience with cold and hot gassing of experimental turbomachinery designs.
- Experience with turbomachinery test rig development.

The Role
The Mission Critical Center of Excellence manages billions of dollars in projects annually, specializing in data center and mission-critical construction for leading technology and telecommunications clients across the United States. Focused on fast-paced, MEP-intensive projects, the group is recognized for delivering complex solutions while offering significant opportunities for career advancement within the thriving mission-critical construction industry.
The MEP Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.
Responsibilities
- Review mechanical bid tabs and Exhibit B in contracts
- Interview and select sub-contractors for each project
- Manage day-to-day operations of MEP sub-contractors
- Review and approve MEP monthly requisitions and change orders
- Conduct site walks to monitor progress and update schedules
- Communicate directly with BIM/VDC personnel and Superintendents to ensure coordination aligns with project timelines
- Collaborate with the A/E team to resolve coordination issues
- Review all MEP submittals for accuracy and compliance
- Collect documentation from inspections and testing, based on project size
- Oversee MEP and FP contractors, as well as the Commissioning Agent
- Coordinate with Owner’s third-party MEP contractors and testing agencies
- Secure mechanical closeout documentation including as-builts, attic stock, and O&M manuals
- Facilitate multi-trade coordination (e.g., curtain wall with security, electrical, and door hardware)
- Develop and maintain equipment delivery logs; prioritize submittals for long-lead items
- Participate in weekly meetings with owners, subcontractors, coordination teams, and field staff
- Obtain approvals and sign-offs from Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
- Support retail and tenant fit-out activities as needed
- Create and manage work lists; complete MEP punch lists
- Organize owner training sessions and project turnover
- Liaise with public utility companies to meet project requirements including temporary services
- Direct and coordinate all parties for successful life safety inspections
- Ensure proper trade coordination and documentation such as verifying electrical requirements for mechanical systems and matching lighting/power plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (technical/engineering degree) Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire protection
- Minimum 10 years experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems
- Excellent business judgment demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and strong project close-outs with client and subcontractor relationships in good standing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail evidenced by a strong command of all applicable contract and legal provisions
