Education and Experience:

At the Atlantic Respiratory Institute, we offer state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatments for a variety of respiratory conditions. Because so much of the human body relies on oxygen, a multidisciplinary approach is essential to treating respiratory conditions. Our center of excellence’s pulmonary specialists, thoracic surgeons and critical care specialists regularly collaborate with experts in allergens, cardiology, otolaryngology, endocrinology, neurology, oncology, radiology, and pediatrics. Additional support is provided by a team of care managers, clinical nurse specialists, clinical social workers, nurse practitioners, nutritionists, physical therapists, respiratory care practitioners, registered nurses, registered pulmonary function technologists and registered sleep technologists. A nurse navigator offers individualized attention and support and coordinates the transition of pulmonary care from the hospital to an outpatient setting.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Concierge supports the on‑site customer experience within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility at the Melbourne facility. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by assisting with customer movement, providing on‑site support, and triaging customer needs or concerns to the appropriate internal focal points. The position plays a key role in ensuring a positive, professional, and well‑coordinated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer movement throughout the facility, including arrivals, escorts, meetings, and departures, in compliance with safety and security requirements.
• Provide a professional, welcoming on‑site presence for customers during maintenance visits.
• Serve as a point of support for customers, addressing general questions and directing concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
• Assist with coordination of customer amenities, conference rooms, transportation, and visit‑related logistics.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience.
• Observe and report safety, security, or compliance concerns as required.
• Support customer events, and special administrative projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Professional image and positive, customer‑service‑oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front‑office support.
• Active and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass MLB Airport badging background process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an aviation, MRO, or regulated environment.
• Experience supporting on‑site customer visits or concierge‑type roles.
• Bilingual preferred: Spanish and/or Portuguese.
