Essential Job Functions:
Performance of the essential functions of this position requires the Associate to possess the minimum qualifications listed above and to perform these functions in accordance with all ShopRite Service Priorities (Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency). - Perform all duties in accordance with all Company policies and programs, and all Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations, including all environmental, health, safety and security policies, programs, laws and regulations.

- Unload trucks and transport merchandise to Seafood Department that weights 25 lbs., and that occasionally weights 60 lbs.
- Maintain all temperature logs and production sheets.
- Set up and maintains a proper cleaning maintenance schedule of entire department.
- Successfully complete training to receive and maintain a Company recognized Food Safety Certification.
Friendliness (Customer Experience & Associate Engagement)
- Greet all Customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service and assistance.
- Promote the sale of any current charitable promotions to Customers (i.e. Partners in Caring, Check Out Hunger).
- Assist with the onboarding of new department Associates, including interviewing, selection and training, in accordance with Company policies and procedures and all Local, State, and Federal labor laws and regulations.
- Provide continual training, developmental action planning, and meaningful feedback on job performance to Associates.

- Ensure the quality of all product received and secure properly in appropriate storage areas.

Position Summary: Sets up and operates variety of grinding machines, such as external, internal, and form CNC grinders to grind metal pieces, such as machine parts, dies, or tools according to knowledge of grinding procedures.
Essential Functions
- Studies blueprint or layout on work piece to visualize grinding to be done and plans sequence of operations.
- Selects grinding wheel, applying knowledge of abrasives and metal properties and secures it on spindle, using wrench. Dresses wheel with dressing device.
- Selects feed rates, grinding speeds, depth of cuts, and grinding wheel of size, shape, and grade for each operation, applying knowledge of metal properties, abrasives, product specifications, and shop mathematics.
- Writes CNC program of machine instructions to regulate the movement of grinder along grinding path.
- Moves controls to set-up wheel position and work piece in relation to each other.
- Starts machine and engages CNC programs.
- Operate the Birchwood Casey Black Oxide System.
- Revises CNC program to eliminate instruction errors.
- Observes operation and adjusts position and action of wheel and work piece.
- Verifies dimensions of ground work pieces for conformance of specifications, using measuring instruments, such as templates, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauge blocks. Works to tolerances of plus or minus 0.0001 inch.
- Dresses grinding wheels to complex profiles using special fixtures and tools.
- Sets up machine for first article when required.
- Communicates with supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
- Inspects and measures parts to maintain quality including statistical process control charts when required.
- Complies with established policy, safety standards, and quality procedures to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Training and Experience:
- High school or equivalent and between 2 and 4 years of trade school, vocational education, work experience, or apprenticeship or a combination thereof.
- Minimum of 10 years of CNC Grinding Machinist experience required.
Physical Demands: The employee is required to:
- stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead and bend to the floor
- exert at a minimum 50 pounds of force occasionally

This position is accountable for supporting field operations at marine project locations for Orion. Incumbents are responsible for the operation of cranes and other hoisting equipment in the construction or repair of marine terminals and dock facilities. Typically, they will work closely with the Project Superintendent, Barge Foreman, Welders, Boat Captain, Laborers, and other skilled or semi-skilled crafts persons.
The incumbent must support the guiding beliefs and core values of Orion which are centered on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Teamwork, most importantly with each built upon the all-important foundation of Integrity.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works as assigned by the Barge Foreman to ensure the successful completion of on-going or new marine construction projects.
- Assists in unloading and assembling of crane or other hoisting equipment to be used in marine construction activities.
- Utilizes basic skills as a hook operator in swinging rig, raising and lowering crane boom, raising and lowering load lines on the crane.
- Operates a hydraulic rubber tire or track crane equipped with a multiple part pick-up or single line hoist suspended from a boom by a cable.
- Maneuvers and positions loads over designated areas in a smooth, safe manner.
- Moves hand levers and depresses pedals to rotate chassis over lift load points.
- Utilizes load charts to determine load and radius capabilities of the crane.
- Assists in the installation of boom and hoisting cables on the hoisting equipment.
- Performs maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, oiling, and fueling of assigned equipment.
- Performs daily safety inspection of crane and recognizes possible problem areas such as worn cables, worn bands on hoisting mechanisms, broken gears, housing, etc.
- Ensures that crane boom is properly secured upon the work barge prior to moving from one work location to another and otherwise demonstrates safe work practices in all aspects of crane operation.
- Works closely with Barge Foreman, Welders, Helpers, Laborers, and other skilled craft persons to complete current projects in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
- Participates in Safety and Environmental initiatives that will contribute to compliance with State/Federal regulations and improve existing Company programs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two (2) years crane operations experience on land and on barges or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the necessary crane operations skills, knowledge, and abilities is required. The incumbent must:
- Understand the basic functions and operations of various types of pile hammers -- diesel, air, hydraulic, and drop hammers.
- Be able to read, understand, and use crane load charts to determine load and radius capabilities of cranes.
- Have general knowledge of construction rigging -- use of slings, cable chokers, spreader bars, multi-part load blocks, etc.
- Be capable of successfully passing a crane operations certification test.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.

- Performing repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, and back in performance of work.
- Climbing vertical ladders to heights of 40'-50'.
- Working in confined spaces and at elevated heights.
- Lifting objects up to 50 lbs. as required.

To accomplish this the Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts and soliciting new group sales accounts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creates and executes strategic sales plans to identify, attract and retain appropriate business to the hotel
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication
- Attend trade shows, industry meetings, and community events
- Overnight travel for business-related activities as needed
- Prepare sales proposals for, meet with and entertain clients as deemed appropriate based on individual clients and accounts
- Skillfully respond to incoming leads and maximize conversion from all lead sources
- Analyze and manage business opportunities to achieve the highest profit margins for department and hotel
- Knowledge of local market trends, competition, and key accounts of the hotel
- Creatively sells available hotel space to maximize revenue
- Negotiate and finalize contracts within approved Crestline guidelines
- Ensure proper usage and that all required information is entered into sales software including all significant client communication
- Establishes on-sight customer contact as needed and introduces customers to the service staff
- Follows up with clients after each function to ensure satisfaction and solicit additional business
- Conducts oneself at all times in a professional business manner, acts as a professional representative of the hotel, and is an enthusiastic member of the sales team
- Volunteers and assists other sales members as needed in the achievement of their goals to ensure departmental and hotel goals are met
- Assists Director of Sales with an annual business plan and budget
- Executes and drafts sales action plans
- Position may be required to occasionally work flexible hours and weekends
This position may or may not include:
- Obtaining rooming lists, catering selection, and set-up details from clients
- Finalizing BEOs and contacting customers for final counts as needed
- Trace files to ensure correct payment
- Proper procedures pre and post function to ensure payment
- Communicates with appropriate departments regarding set-up changes and final count
- Ensures that guest rooms and meeting rooms are blocked
- Provide accurate forecasts to operational departments to ensure proper staffing
Education and Experience:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One to two years of experience in hotel and/or conference center sales; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the above knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Ability to utilize a variety of computer programs effectively and efficiently, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, property management system, sales software, timekeeping system, etc.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Advanced knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, writing and executing action plans, and hotel operations.
- Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.

- Production quality and efficiency using appropriate tools and equipment, qualified to perform special processes as needed
- Working from drawings, specifications, manuals, codes, etc., determines the sub-assemblies necessary, the centerlines and quadrant locations for shell openings.
- Directs or personally cuts out these openings.
- Fits up and tack welds nozzles, plates, lift lugs, couplings and reinforcements specified for large units.
- Makes temporary fixtures when standard fixtures are not available.
- Sets up face block, jogs and fixtures in proper locations to minimize the effect of heat, weld distortion and shrinkage during subsequent welding operations.
- Repairs and straightens damaged or bent parts.
