Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 300 offices in just over 5 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). You will be managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
- Compliance: Ensuring office's compliance to state and federal regulations.
- Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
- Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
- On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
We are looking for someone who:

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting restaurant standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned teams meet their goals.
As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:

-Inventory management
-Daily maintenance and cleanliness
-Managing/leading your team
-Exceptional customer service
-Training and schedule management of team members

Position Summary & Highlights:This MA position will support a busy family medicine provider.

You will also work with other MAs and RNs to support 7 other Providers in a great workplace culture.
You will have the opportunity to use a variety of your MA skills and will see a variety of patients.
West Chinden Family Medicine provides convenient care close to home for Eagle and Meridian residents.
In addition to primary MA duties, you will also perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, and prep injections.
You will assist with minor procedures, complete POC and other tests, and also complete tasks and orders in the task inbox.
An ideal candidate will be easy going, enjoy working in a fast-paced and strong team environment.
You will also have effective communication skills, are flexible, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working independently and in a team.
40 hours per week, 4 - 10 hour shifts, Mondays - Wednesdays, with rotating Thursday/Fridays off, 7:00am - 5:30pm.

Medical Assistant with Experience: 1 Year of MA experience OR Current MA Certification OR obtain or renew certification within 90 days from hire from approved credentialing agencies listed above.
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
