Job Summary
The IT Deskside Support Staff provides hands-on technical support to end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals

What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for day-to-day IT needs across SVM’s operations.

Compensation & Company Benefits Include

The IT Service Desk Technician provides basic technical assistance and support to internal end users as well as augments the IT Service Desk Team by performing repetitive tasks and functions, such as imagining hardware, swapping devices, and counting IT hardware inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of IT to corporate employees in the respective office location.
