* Write, edit, and distribute quarterly newsletters, digital content, and press releases.
* Design and develop marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
* Manage and grow VGH's social media strategy with compelling, engaging content.
* Keep our brand voice consistent, warm, and inspirational.
Media & Community Relations
* Build strong relationships with community partners and supporters.
* Serves as our primary media contact, responding to inquiries and coordinating opportunities.
* Draft press releases and pitch local media (with mentorship and support).
* Help position VGH as a charity of choice.

* Experience with Microsoft Office, design tools, and CRMs.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually + bonus potential

About the Role

Guardians must be able to provide a nurturing and structured environment for our children in a group home setting.
