About Everyday Dose
Everyday Dose is a super fast-growing wellness brand focused on high-quality functional coffee that support productivity, health, and performance. We operate with a startup mentality, which means fast-paced, dynamic, proactive and innovative, while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and high standards.
Our Austin HQ reflects our commitment to wellness, featuring a sauna, cold plunge, open workspaces, and a collaborative environment. It's not fancy. The space is very raw and industrial, but there's a unique vibe to it.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office & House Manager to oversee the operations of both our office (2,000 sq. ft.) and personal residence. This is a hands-on role.
Responsibilities Office Management
Office Operations & Facility Management
• Oversee and maintain the office space, common areas, and workstations to ensure a clean and functional environment. I.e. clean dishes, take out the trash, vacuum, order snacks, coordinate lunch, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, office improvements, and small repairs.
• Manage inventory of office supplies, beverages, and wellness products to keep the space stocked.
• Coordinate with cleaner who comes weekly.
• Take photos of mail and send to the appropriate team member
Procurement & Expense Management
• Order office supplies, wellness products, and miscellaneous items via Amazon, online vendors, and local stores.
• Track and submit receipts and invoices to the finance team.
• Maintain a monthly expense log for office-related purchases.
IT & Tech Support
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues at both the office and personal residence.
• Fix issues related to WiFi, projector, printers, software, and office devices.
- Setup new team members emails and slack accounts.
House Management (Personal Residence)
Errands & Shopping Coordination
• Manage grocery shopping, household supplies, and meal prep coordination.
• Ensure the kitchen is stocked with healthy, functional foods that align with lifestyle preferences.
• Run personal errands, such as picking up/dropping off items and coordinating deliveries.
Household Maintenance & Project Oversight
• Schedule and oversee home repairs, maintenance, and small improvement projects.
• Work with service providers for plumbing, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Wash and manage company and personal car
Travel Preparation & Home Organization
• Prepare the home before travel (cleaning, organizing, stocking essentials).
• Unpack suitcases and reset the home after travel.
• Ensure the house remains a low-stress, functional environment while managing frequent travel schedules.

Requirements
Prior experience in office management, personal assisting, or operations preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot IT, facilities, and logistics issues.

Valid driver’s license and ability to run errands as needed.
Must be Austin-based and available for in-person responsibilities.

Looking for someone to cover during the Day ( 8-5) - Per Diem position - As needed for coverage.
The resident manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the House of Hope.
Education, License & Cert:
High school diploma (or its equivalent) is required.
Experience:
Office Management experience or experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
Essential Functions:
1. Maintains, updates, upholds and enforces house rules and policies.
2. Responsible for handling of money and directing donations.
3. Maintain an overall homelike environment, coordinate general security, and manages check in/registration and check out processes as well as guest orientation.
4. Maintains statistics and financial information for reporting purposes.
5. Maintains payroll information, volunteer hours as well as the related scheduling, supervision and orientation of these resources.
6. Prepares written risk management reports as needed.
7. Assist in safeguarding and maintaining equipment, maintains general order and cleanliness of the facility. This may include but not limited to: light housekeeping, laundry inventory, changing light bulbs, making morning coffee, shoveling/de‐icing walkways, clean‐up of kitchen etc.
8. Monitors and replenishes household supplies.
9. Assist in fundraising efforts.
Other Duties:
1. Participation in community and employee engagement activities is required.

Writes programs according to specifications provided.
Builds, deploys and maintains programs, Web Site pages and applications.
Develops and improves site navigation and applications.
Responsible for the design, development, and configuration of software systems to meet market and/or client requirements.
Updates, repairs, modifies, and expands existing computer programs.
Writes, tests, and maintains computer programs.
Develops code using Java, C#, HTML, Javascript, or other programming languages.
Responsible for design and development of Java code for a large-scale Federal IT Program.
Provides technical site maintenance and advice on moderately complex issues related to animation, search engine techniques, link integrity, navigation, browsers, graphics, and other technical web developments.
Prepares functional specifications from which programs will be written and then designs, codes, debugs, and documents programs.
Develops the requirements of a product from inception to conclusion.
Tests, debugs, and refines the software to produce the required product Designs user interfaces of interactive web applications including ADA 508, and cross browser compliance.
Maintains compliance with standards and conventions in developing programs.
Develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex programs or problems.
Conducts systems tests, monitors test results, and takes appropriate corrective action for the non-routine issues.
Creates coded unit tests and works with Testers/Information Assurance to address program and/or security findings.
Prepares required documentation, including block diagrams, logic flow charts and software program documentation.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
2+ years of experience with programming or web development activities.
Active Secret Clearance Ability to report to the client site in Annapolis Junction, MD (up to 3x a week) Other Job Specific Skills 2+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
Experience with J2EE or other Java frameworks (e.g.
Spring).
Experience using Java development tools (e.g.
Eclipse, JUnit, Git).
2 years of work experience with Web development technologies (HTML, JSP, etc.).
2+ years of Java development experience in order to build enterprise applications.
2+ years’ experience with using Java development tools (e.g.
Eclipse, JUnit, Git).
Ability to report to the client site in Annapolis, Junction, MD (up to 3x a week).
Experience in a large scale Federal IT Program.
Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework.
