A Brief Overview

The Nursing Supervisor coordinates and directs nursing operations of all hospital units during off shifts. Acts as a liaison with physicians, patients, families and staff. Schedules personnel and makes patient care recommendations and ensures effective patient throughput activities.

What You Will Do

Patient Flow and Patient Placement

  • Facilitates efficient and effective patient flow throughout the hospital

What to Expect:

- Fast-paced, high-energy work. You’ll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge!

- Crew-first mentality. We support each other, have everyone’s back, and get the job done—together.

- Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine—we’ve got Dutch gear to help!

- Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout!).

- Reliability. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.

- Training & Development. We’ll set you up for success with hands-on training and menu knowledge tests to make sure you meet Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

Up to $15.65 per hour

Number includes an average tip of $5.65 per hour. What we strive for: a fun environment, great co-workers, and a chance to make a difference in your community. What we don't guarantee: tip averages. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2024 reporting.
