? What Youll Do:
Provide exceptional hands-on care and emotional support to residents
Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding, toileting
Turn and reposition residents to prevent pressure injuries
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Ensure dietary needs and restrictions are followed during meal times
Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Work closely with nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, resident-centered care
